Beautiful, Clean room with all the necessities. Some of the staff are VERY friendly and helpful. My multiple stays in the past say a lot...

Noise from the swimming pool was not well controlled, and needed a complaint to reception weekend days, which was not always well handled. One staff member simply ignored, others responsded and acted immediately

First time tried them, a 2 bedroom suite. Each room has its own bathroom. Very secure, clean, kitchen stocked with appliances but a little short on cooking ware. Wifi is excellent. Will certainly return

The room had a smell of tobacco and slight drainage. Wasn't unbearable but something they should look into. Another small beef, there's only one aircon in the living room, not effective, plus inadequate to cool the other two rooms

Being on the outskirts of an industrial area, it might not look like anything BUT don't judge a book by its cover ... The security is top notch and gives you a sense of comfortability. From the time you entre reception, the look and feel is great. From Lindiwe at reception to Zethu the ever smiling and willing to just please you, the staff and place just exceed your every expectation. The look and feel is that of a 4 Star establishment. The rooms are so clean, homely and so comfortable. Unbelievable value for your money. I love this place and wouldn't stay anywhere else ... Kenny, Your Establishment Rocks!!!

Absolutely Nothing. Its WOW

The facilities were excellent. Room was clean.

The elevator was out of service. The night I checked in the porter carried the bags up to my room on the second floor. However the morning I checked out I carried the bags myself down to the first floor. It was a difficult experience.

Almost everything..

There was no bar fridge for our water and drinks and things we bought.. The signal was not so good in 105(budget/studio room) also by the pool the signal was not so good.. The kitchen had limited menu options but then I guess it's because the lady said it's still new management but rather not write things that are not yet available..

I liked everything about my stay! The staff is very nice. They really do go above and beyond for their guests. I will definitely come back!

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was exceptional.

The neatness, the quite and the staffs attitude towards you the customer is exceptional. Alway willing to help and go the extra mile. The only time you know there is staff about is in the morning's when housekeeping comes to service the room with clean towel ect. This time around I was given a ground floor unit and was very impressed. Short distance and you at reception.

Early morning between 12 and 4 theres not much hot water. Not sure if the geysers are on timer to save electricity.

Good value and most pleasant stay, safe parking and most obliging staff and facilities. Also very clean

Was very noisy patrons talking in passages till early hours of the morning making it difficult to want to recommend to others especially as we signed rules and regulations which included noise levels

I was having a shortage of water on the 19 July 2024 on the 20th July while I was cooking the gas finished. But they immediately attended it after I phoned to reception.

Affordable

The smell. The property is in the industrial area and next to it are industries producing disturbing smells, especially at night. The first room we were given was not properly cleaned at all and then we had to be changed to another room.
