The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied daily. The family room was spacious (and the bathroom was more private than the twin room), and the location felt secure and was close to shops and malls, while still being very quiet.

There was a mix-up with room allocation (a family room was booked, but a twin room was allocated). Staff did their best to accommodate us, though and we were moved as soon as a family room was available. The twin room itself had only a sliding door into the bathroom, so it was not very private.

Excellent location, very close to shopping centres restaurants. We had a comfortable overnight stay.

Bathroom was not very clean. Plates and cutlery also not 100% clean. We were not informed beforehand that we wouldn't get breakfast even though it was paid for, they tried to make us a little something to compensate but it was disappointing.

Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. WiFi was good and the gardens well maintained. Secure parking was excellent

Whilst the bathroom was spacious and well appointed, it lacked essential grab handles next to the toilet and in the shower. It is imperative that senior citizens and those with movement disabilities are catered for in this way.

The family unit with a full kitchen was nice especially a fridge. We brought a lot of things with on the long road which need refrigeration. The staff upon arrival was very friendly and breakfast was good and great service again

I’ve booked family rooms 3 and 4 people separately - they’ve just combined 5 of us and 2 - we are luckily family but what if these 5 people didn’t want to be in one unit. I would have liked that they communicate this to me upfront and not upon arrival

The breakfast was good and the stuff was excellent- they made provision for Halaal breakfast I will go anytime again to Mondior Manor guest house - my flight was at 17H00 they accommodate me until 13H00 in the room. People at Mondior Manor Guest house is very friendly and the place is very neat and tidy

The room was excellent situated in a corner where I could receive my children at anytime. The Wi-Fi is excellent reception at all times.

I did not eat breakfast but I hear is that is very good, I had to leave very early before breakfast. I liked their rooms always, location is fantastic for my business. Food court is just around the corner.

The other guest were too noisy in the middle of the night, drunk...

The flexibility and understading of my late check-in. I only arrived, past 10 the night and Fabio received me with a smile and he was very professional. They even heated up my room, so that I wasn't cold when I went to bed. They also prepared a lovely omelette for me, with mince and mushrooms...it was yummy!!

I was happy with everything.

The pool, food, room, reception and the location.

The check-in time (2:00pm - 6:00pm) is a bit late, since I arrived in the early morning hours at (5:00am). Suggesting the check-in should be flexible to accommodate publuc transport users.

poor electrical connections in the room. 2 bedside lights wired to the same plug. fridge and/or microwave plugs, not sure which one, was covered up with a lot of insulation tape. these are not safe practices and especially if you have kids in the rooms.

Breakfast was good. Rooms well sized. Very well located.

No covered parking. A consideration in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
