This is a self catering resort. Breakfast is not provided. The location was excellent close to the beach and the shopping malls and within easy access to the main attractions.

There was no one at the property to hand us the keys. Eventually after constant hooting the security guard arrived with the keys and the check in documents. Booking.Com needs to inform prospective guests whether a shower or bath tub is in the units. This is extremely important if there are disabled guests who are unable to get into the bath tub. Only after our payment was taken on a non-refundable basis were we told that the two bedroom units did not have showers.

The facilities are amazing for children and the dassies and duikers visiting the garden were a lovely surprise. The location is amazing. Odette stood out with her exceptional service.

I saw very little of the manager and I thought that she was rather unprofessional when my partner was in reception and the manager came in complaining about children who happened to be ours. Even if they weren't ours she clearly did not feel that it was inappropriate to discuss guests in front of other guests. When there is loadshedding there are no gas appliances that could be used for cooking, only a braai. The braai is great but it rained for a lot of the time that we were there and the awning does not extend that far.

Missed an aircon on the main room downstairs. We had to keep the aircon from the tv room on all night long to coll down the room. The xeiling fan on that room is not working prope (spinning quite slowly).

Comfortable and clean. Right on the beach so early morning sunrise is a must. Care free and safe for kids. Beds were comfortable we all slept well

The manager was discriminating my nephew from using the swings due to his size. However he is only 11 and still a child. Other than this all else was good

It was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.and hard. Definitely need to improve on this

We have stayed at many resorts previously however this is the first time we had to purchase our own dishwashing liquid and toilet rolls after we had completed what was supplied on day 1. States this on check in leaflet as well. I also called for fresh towels on day 3 and was advised that it will only be supplied this one time? Also never experienced that before. We did have an extremely unsettling incident on the 1st night with the maintenance manager about us using the game room facilities, however the manager did apologise the next day🙂 No response from First resort complaints dept thus far though.

Everything was in good condition.and the fact tht it's only a gateway from the beach was a bonus.the braai area great. The swimming pool was very clean.i surely enjoyed my stay

The fact tht the main bedroom ddnt have a bathing tub was a no no for m.pkus rainy season u should have something to cover the braai area

Everything was absolutely lovely. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the facilities were so well kept. The unit we had was well equipped and everything was in working order. The location is very convenient and the property has access to the beach which is great. Would definitely book here again

There was a burst pipe on the road on Saturday which caused the parking to flood, but that was no fault of the resorts and they did all they could to try and get the municipality to rectify the situation.

Firstly Grace and Odette were the most remarkable warm welcoming management ethics we have received. They have gone above and beyond their normal call of duty. Grace and Odette, our stay became loveable, safe, clean and affordable just because of the presentation you have given us. Cynthia and your friend that took care of our stay with daily cleaning and more importantly the trust with all our belongings left when we went out, thank you. The security, was at out service.
