As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were, that kind of person touch means everything to me. The owners were top notch, they made us feel more like family than guests. We were celebrating a birthday and without even asking them they had a little surprise for my husband. I loved everything about La Moor, from the location, the people there and the vibe it had. Breakfast was amazing, enjoyed every single bite. Definitely a place worth visiting and I will be going back, guaranteed. Thank you La Moor and team for a lovely stay, really made it very special.

A microwave and a fridge would have been great to have in the room, but that didn't take away from the experience.

We arrived at the venue and we received with a warm welcome. After getting our keys we were showed our room and it had all the amenities we expected. We left for a wedding and returned to have a great sleep. The next morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast and were shown some more of the venue by the owner. The stay was great even though it was short. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really to mention just that some building was in progress however it didn't impact our stay.

Lovely location, friendly staff, great for a stop over or one night stay. They had live music at the restuarant and a market during the day on the property.

The rooms are next to the restaurant which makes a quiet evening in not an option. The rooms are in fact much smaller than in the photos.

The scenery was beautiful, peaceful, a wonderful get away from the busyness of life in Joburg. The staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful, kind, happy to see us and nothing was too much trouble.

Having to leave at the end of our trip

When arriving at La Moor, I had to prepare for a wedding I was attending that evening. It was loadshedding, and the staff put in a lot of effort to get a generator up and running so that I was able to do my hair! I really appreciated the effort. I had a lovely breakfast as well the next morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A very easy place to assimilate into and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The area guarantees flies and mosquitoes so guests need to come prepared.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and coffee was great. The room is comfortable and neat, and the shower is also good. I had a burger for lunch, highly recommended.

Small things. Room could've been a tiny bit cleaner, and the kettle plug was difficult to plug in. And WiFi and cell reception in the room was poor, didn't really have signal there - but Cathy said they're sorting it out.

Entering the place , the beautiful nature scenery that was there was absolutely my favorite The room was beautiful and so clean And the staff were super friendly thru really made us feel so welcomed I would definitely come back again

Breakfast was delicious , the people very warm and friendly will go back anytime , enjoyed the outlook, a good reference to friends that need a good place to stay
