Everything, the beautiful gardens - perfect backdrop for photos, or just to sit and relax. Was very close to all the wedding functions we had to attend. Had all the DSTV channels we needed. The bathrooms are large. I loved the floor length mirrors, was pleasantly surprised to find them- this isn't something I usually care for, but very important for wearing sarees.. I couldn't find my safety pins - extremely critical for the sarees, but the receptionist was a lifesaver. The staff from the cleaning lady to the receptionist to the security guard were nice. When we had to extend our stay due to the N3 being closed, the manager gave us a much appreciated discount.

The weather was cloudy and rainy- only cleared up towards the end of our stay. I hated going up the stairs, but it was fine - I needed the exercise. But there is a way to drive to the back of the hotel and skip the stairs if someone is elderly or just wants to drop off the luggage.

Breakfast was excellent the usual continental spread was available. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds & air conditioned. Mini toiletries shower gel, lotion soap are in the bathrooms with towels. Iron & ironing board available upon request. Close to a mall but you would never say it's quite & peaceful at the venue. Would definitely return if I visit again. Reception was still around even when we came home after 12p.m. still with the same friendly energy. There is security upon entry.

We visited the hotel for our one year anniversary, the staff pay extra attention to our every need, the food was devine, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. the staff ensured we enjoyed every second of our visit and the overwhelming willingness to cater to our every need was awesome. this place is perfect for a get away form the hussel of the city life. the peace and quite was so appreciated. we cant wait to go back for another stay.

The overall experience and stay at the hotel was amazing, I had a good time, it was worth every effort, the pool, the garden and having to wake up to the birds chirping and warm weather, for moment you even feel like you not in the city, Great escapism and to go and chill out door. They even have generator capacity to deal with loadshedding.

The location is great. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no water, coffee, tea in the room. There was an issue with the air on in the room. The balcony door didn’t open easily, needs a little fixing

Everything was neat and clean staff was accommodating and very helpful the maintenance guy Justice was so amazing from assisting with load shedding to aircon to coming and seeing if he can make the stay better what a absolute wonderful staff member !

Beautiful tranquil atmosphere almost a hidden gem. The gardens and decor pays attention to detail. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to anywhere looking for comfort and elegance at a sho left.

- Great location to the event we attended - Very clean - Great receptionist who was accommodating - Great Value for money

- The first room on the left (room 1) is very close to the kitchen which gets loud and wakes you up in the morning when the kitchen staff comes in.

One night overstay was pleasant. Arrived very late staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. were most willing to help with directions at that hour.

Stay was short and pleasant and I have nothing to complain about.

Loved the garden and Wow the cook made me the best fish ever. The front desk was very nice even though we arrived late

The structure of the built-in bed is not comfortable or user friendly, I kept bumping into it
