Nice place easy to find

The gate was a challenge, maybe consider have remotes on the actual room keys.

During my recent stay, I found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The hotel room was well-appointed, clean, and offered a cozy ambiance. However, there was one aspect that left me wishing for more comfort, particularly during the chilly winter nights – the availability of extra blankets.

Considering the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction, I believe that addressing this small but crucial aspect could greatly enhance the overall guest experience, especially during the colder seasons. A simple addition of extra blankets in the room would ensure that guests feel warm and snug, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay and rest comfortably. I love how clean and well structured the room is. The staff are so friendly and forthcoming. this is like the 5th time I've sleept here and I find the same attitude with different workers. I usually check in very late and even though you see people are tired they still sign you up with a small and no complaints.

There's nothing to dislike honestly speaking. The TV sets are too small and difficult to watch

-The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Miss Andile :) She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable from day 1. -The location is great, literally 5 mins drive from the mall. -The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. -The lodge is so clean & well taken care of, highly recommend it.

The gate didn't work so the staff had to come out & push it manually which wasn't fair but we made it work.

I liked that the staff and manager are nice and friendly. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. They have beautiful and clean rooms as well as the linen and environment and lastly it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

- Our reservation was a booking for 2 but our cutlery, crockery and bathroom towels were not catering for 2 people. - WiFi connectivity was weak maybe alternative ways of strengthing the connection or opting for another service provider would help. - During our stay the weather was raining, as a result some water got into our room. We were staying in room 12 so maybe that's something to look out for. - Our stay was lovely but it would have been even better if there was breakfast being catered for in the premises mainly because our stay was during Christmas and some restaurants were closed which made it difficult for us to find a spot with a nice wholesome breakfast.

The lady at reception didn’t give us a Wifi password. We booked for 2 however our room only had 1 glass and 1 coffee mug etc, also didn’t have enough towels for 2 guests. We didn’t have a contact number for the lady should we require assistance, had to call management. We were told to iron on the table, no ironing board was available.

The place is situated in a very quiet area. The privacy is really amazing and you feel as if you have the whole place to yourself. The room is clean and the air conditioning works perfectly. The beds were nice an comfortable.

Nothing much but a suggestion to include ironing boards. it was a bit of a challenge ironing on the table as the towels had a design which would show on the clothes after ironing.

Rooms are spacious, the shower is big enough.

the Wi-Fi signal is poor, invest in more access points or range extender so the further rooms can also enjoy the Wi-Fi

My room was so clean. The lighting in the room is over the top I mean damn. The mirros make it and the bed is so comfortable
