It’s peaceful

The receptionist was not friendly at all unfortunately I forgot the name yhuuuu ….so much unnecessary attitude and she said I have booked disabled room if so it was a mistake I requested to change me for the other room she refused time was 10h30 pm 😢😢could argue further anyway….sad and it was not my first time using Booking.com but it was my first time to be there….I’m not sure about going back again

The location is great, we were surrounded by nature. The food was amazing The staff was very friendly.

The road leading to the resort has potholes

The atmosphere was amazing. The resort is magnificant as i got through to the door all the way up to my room. I was also happy about your check in/out times.I also engaged in some activities which i really enjoyed. I loved everything about the resort and i am planning on coming back soon!

That my room didnt have a bar fridge and a microwave i had to constantly go down to the reasturant and ask them to warm my food for me. And that such a big resort only has 1 swimming pool and right in front of the reasturant, i couldnt take a swim because the pool had pipes inside (i think it was being cleaned)

The booking on Website was including accommodation and breakfast but when you arrive by the reception,breakfast is not included after paying. Please kindly sought out that issue,if one is booking on line it shows room including breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and beautiful.

The breakfast was not that great. The lady at the reception Was not friendly when arrived she didn't have time to explain this to us but when we checked out the lady that we found the following day was very nice. Thank you

The location was simply stunning, huge comfortable rooms, a really comfortable work desk, a wonderful pool, hiking trails and most importantly a spectacular view of the Drakensberg mountains. A hidden gem in South Africa, a perfect idea for a weekend away or even to workcation. The rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. A wonderful stay. Thank you, especially to the friendly waitresses at breakfast. This trip was part of a Travel Guru Life Expedition.

Location was exquisite Room was supper and beyond my expectations Breakfast variety was excellent healthy with summer fresh fruits, not too oily, variety of juices, fresh drinking water with lemon and strawberries. Keep up the good work.

Pasta day on my arrival I was expecting more than that but anyway the dinner was OK, moreover it was healthy as well. Its only that I did not expect pasta only at least if there was a piece of meat, it was going to be better. anyway it was nice.

Security guards were very friendly and very helpful. As you enter the reception, wow the place is very beautiful. Our rooms had coffee which worked very well for me. Actually the whole staff was very nice and friendly. A special thanks to Mvuselelo for also taking that extra mile to tell us more about what Vulintaba has. I will definitely come back for that hiking 😊

I liked everything except that I had to leave when I was just having the best time of my life. A small request for the potholes to be fixed not at Vulintaba but on your way to the place.

The food was only catered for the certain people that attended the workshop there. The other guests were not catered for. I strongly feel like everybody should be attended to there should have been 2 buffets ..one for that special group and the other one for other guests or the whole hotel should have been booked out for other individual guests if they won't be caterd for.

The supervisor at the kitchen does not have respect and good communicating skills as expected from someone supervising...he should be well representing the hotel. The attitude was just stinking

I liked the suit, the bed so comfortable and very big,the suit was more spacious and it felt homely, bathroom was a wow👌 ,I can still book it again.

It was unfortunate that there was a wedding the same day we were there it was bit inconvenient,the noise from wedding guests was bit disturbing. T.V channels from the lounge and in the bedroom were not the same,the couch in the lounge so uncomfortable if possible please add some cushions
