This place is amazing.! Very good especially if you have kids.! They have Ponies, Rabbits, small Ostriches on the farm and you can feed them. My daughter enjoyed a lot.! The room was spacious and bed was quite big and comfortable. Also, breakfast was amazing with some decent options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.! Their home made bread is a must try.!

Nothing. This place is amazing with some amazing views and in middle of the mountains. The Wifi signal sometimes gets lost but if you are in such an amazing place, who cares about Wifi. Just enjoy the place.!

The location and accommodation were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The supper was Ostrich steak and stuffed chicken which are value for money. The staff are very professional and friendly. On your way to the accommodation, there are a lot of nice places that we also visit, but your place is awesome. I will recommend it if you want peace of mind.

I'm a Muslim I would suggest that you have a wider range of breakfasts like fish, chicken strips/nuggets/sausage, or even ostrich strips/sausage to accommodate us that is Halaal. Oudtshoorn is well known for its Ostriches and is also Halaal that you can serve as breakfast.

Very well maintained property with very nice units. The swimming pool was great and the restaurant exceptional. Breakfast was good with very nice patio with great views. Enjoyed our stay.

Our toilet did not work the first night. I would expect better. To their credit, they fixed it very quickly the next day. Also noticeable is the lack of emergency lights or flashlights. You cannot fault a place for the national loadshedding problems, but all the other places we stayed during our road trip (some a lot cheaper) had some emergency lights and candles. Would be good if you can consider it.

The location is amazing, the breakfast included is amazing! The facility itself is on of my favourite on earth at the moment. My only criticism is that the restaurant is extremely overpriced and the food is unsatisfactory. It is unfortunate for those who are not at the Self-catering units. Another criticism is that not every unit has its own braai facility for if you do not want to eat at the restaurant. The braai areas are communal and a walk away from where we were staying. Other than that, we have been here about 5 times now and plan to go back again and again.

The kids loved the dam and the boats, they were on it every day! They also enjoyed being able to fish off our balcony. Also loved the swimming pools in the heat. The place looks stunning with the gardens and the greenery. Also loved the ponies and the bunnies. Also nice and close to the Cango Cave and other amenities. One staff member- Frank went out of his way to help us and went the extra mile without any hesitation. 5 stars!!!

Breakfast buffet could have more variety, same food every day for the 4 days we were there. One or two staff members not that friendly.

Excellent value for money and good place to relax and avoid the Oudtshoorn heat. We survived there +40C comfortably Three small swimming pools and lot of trees provide needed relief. It is also quite beautiful and we would love to stay there for longer. Very convienient for Cango Caves Very good for kids - not only pools, but also small ostriches (it has a real working farm attached, so it is not a touch and play place, but the real stuff) and bunch of antilopes and roes One can even make own braii Brilliant breakfast buffet

Restaurant is not excellent but still good value for money They somehow give an impression of being very strict, probably had lot of problems with other guest

Nice view from our own terasse to some animals, clean and a great room with coffee tea and lovely decoration. We enjoyed every detail of this house. The whole place has little houses to stay. Three pools a lot of trees and Fliegers, animals and of Courage oostriches. Its About10km outside the village but its worth it . It offers you a calm and relaxing stay so you could stay there for the whole day and you wouldnt her bored. Bathroom with showergel etc, towels. The gardens wäre really Great . You can go by foot to other restaurants but its also really a calm and relaxing place to be 1-3 nights. Breakfast with a big choice of all you need. Staff friendly and the Restaurant Food with normal Prices. Er would come back :)

This was my second time here. I love the place. Good space and facilities for the kids, breakfast was excellent. Previously we chose the luxury tent in front of the river, this time we chose on the mountain. Lovely feel! Secluded and private. Will definitely return but would prefer the river front tents or would try the family units.

Luxury tent 8 is situated a bit of a walk from the parking, the car cannot get any closer so if you have a lot of bags or parcels to offload, this is inconvenient as you have to do quite a bit of walking. The shower is outside which I knew and liked, however the shower head was bad, couldn't really enjoy the shower.

We loved the beautiful surroundings. All the buildings are spread out over the grounds, and there are lots of mature trees and bushes softening and camouflaging their outlines. Also, three swimming pools and various tastful children's play areas mean that it is possible to find a peaceful area. It was a lovely place to wander round.

Perhaps, for us, the menu in the restaurant was too limited as we are not steak lovers and the portions far too big. The dishes themselves were excellent and tasty, but we struggled to find something to suit our taste on our third evening.

We wished we knew how beautiful and amazing this facility is before we planned the entire trip. We stayed only for one night during our Garden Route but if I had known about this amazing place, I would have definitely planned more days there. The restaurant which is additional offered one of the best menus we came across. Food was divine. Prices were very good. Facilities were great. We had 2 connecting rooms since we were a family of four and they served us perfectly. We loved the load shedding at midnight as we could see the milky way right from the terrace. We will definitely come back here.
