Breakfast, on the first day, we were not able to eat properly because we were running to the SAPS pass out, we have attended. Of course, it was not bad, it was good. I like you faciality and your staff was good to us.

You must improve on you TV channel. I only watch three channels which two is Soccer and not relevant to me. Take noted I was with my kids. Wi-Fi not good also improve.

The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you will have a good night's rest. Lovely pub and centrally located. Quirky art puts a smile on your face.

1) The staff allocation is not sufficient. Multiple instances of waiting for the gate to open, barman to serve, breakfast table to be cleaned, food to be served. The staff on duty is doing their best (very friendly), however, that does not compensate for continuous waiting due to insufficient staff numbers. 2) Not load shedding equipped, sadly.

Our room was perfect! We didn’t need anything more. They clean it every day. (When we came back from our adventure, our bed was made & towels were changed) The reception staff is so friendly & helpful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS & the kitchen ladies were lovely!

The geyser’s of the neighbour’s makes a lot of noise when they shower. Also the aircon makes a funny noise when its been on for a while (specifically throughout the night)

Everything. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff especially Austin. The rooms are very comfortable, with good facilities and the shower in the en suite is powerful. The breakfasts are superb and the choice of food is excellent. There is a nice courtyard and pool area. Plenty of free, secure parking and the rooms are very competitively priced. Would definitely stay here again. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

This is a real gem in the heart of Oudtshoorn. Ciska and her personnel really go that extra mile to ensure that your stay is exceptional in terms of hospitality and service. We had an awesome time and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. A home away from home!

Load-shedding! Obviously not their fault, however even then they were most accommodating to ensure that all our needs were taken care of.

What a lovely surprise this little hotel was. It is very conveniently situated and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with good linen. The breakfast was very good with the perfect omelet. It has on site secure parking very close the the front door. It is great value for money.

Nothing - it perfectly suited my needs

The owners met us on arrival. Very nice couple. Made us feel welcome and made us a beautiful breakfast early in the morning. They were very knowledgeable about the area and recommended a great restaurant.

Very spacious room. Breakfast was good.

Maybe if they can add some portable light when it is loadshedding to use in the bedroom. Or maybe invest in an inverter system for lights only. When it was loadshedding the bedlight was very dim. So it does'nt help at all.

This stay was for a quick overnighter on our way through town. On our arrival we were met by Austin who was super helpful and really friendly, thank you Austin! All the staff were happy and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.
