Everything, frankly the staff is great, the food is REALLY good. Breakfast is in the form of a menu and you can very well choose what you wanted. The waiters are really great.

Regarding the service, we had waited really long to receive our dishes, it’s a comment that came back often but it’s true, only we forgive them because it’s really good. Regarding breakfast there was not much sweet, no pancakes for example and the juices were not fresh, we would have preferred oranges squeezed in the morning rather than industrial juices.

Rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious Food at the restaurant was great, including the breakfast Reception staff were very helpful and facilitated our request to keep some our food (for our Kruger Park trip) in their fridges and freezers

Wished the restaurant staff were a little more organised. We had to request a waiter to take drinks orders a few times when we and our group of friends were at the pool area in the afternoon. The wine & gin selection is very limiting and not of great quality, especially with such amazing wine & gin produced in South Africa.

This is a lovely hotel , the rooms are enormous , the staff were super friendly , breakfast was great with a huge choice and the restaurant at dinner was great. The location from the Kruger gate was so close, literally 1 minute down the road ... with what I now know I would have preferred to return here each night than stay in the perk itself which is more expensive and yet less comfortable

There was nothing I didn't like about the place , the trip was in winter so I didnt use the pool but it was open and looked great ... for tourists going to the Kruger Park this really is a great base camp to stay at and then just drive into the park each morning

Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The waiters were attentive and on the ball. Our room was lovely and spacious, although we were there during one of the hottest times, it didn't feel like our aircon was working. We will definitely stay on the opposite side of the hotel and ask for a room at the bottom.

I sat in the lounge area and there were so many mosquitoes hiding in the corners. It would be a recommendation to either have some mosquito spray available or the anti-mozzie plugs to prevent being bitten.

The bedding on our first day of stay was dirty it was clear that it was not changed that put me off, but I the sheets were stained with yellowish and staff from the matrass cover, but I however after the call the house keeping ladies came and changed everything, Iwe also booked a table at the restaurant and it was given to other people then we had to settle for another table and every thing turned out well

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a special request as I was surprising my partner for our one year anniversary, they went above and beyond what I expected. It definitely made us feel so special. The room was big and spacious and so was the bathroom, the bath was able to fit us both so perfectly (I'm on the curvy side). The food was amazing, even got a complimentary dessert. It was all just so perfect. Thank you again to the staff!!

I loved the friendliness of the welcoming staff, the receptionists did the most to attend to our needs. Danè was a fresh breath of air. Her people's skill I was impressed with them. I can't remember the other two black ladies, they too were kind and professional.

The fact that the cleaners did not clean our room on Saturday. The hotel did not live up to their policy of changing the linen on our day 3 of staying which was very disappointing. We were not impressed with the breakfast friday and Saturday we were given cold food, dry fruit! With no yoghurt, cold cuppachino! when raised concern about that, they brought burnt food. The waiter's expressions were very unwelcoming. Shout out to the Sunday team who brought the wild breakfast that the hotel was raving about. The fruits were fresh, warm food, breakfast was well presented and very delicious. Thank you to the chef and team.

Everything exceeded my expectations from assisting with a problem prior to our arrival all the way through to checking out. The staff were amazing. The food from dinner, Dourado on mushroom risotto was outstanding, to breakfast which was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic, extremely pleasant, engaging and super efficient. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you pass this way and don't stay at the Bushveld Terrace.

Bushveld Terrace is located 2 minutes drive from Phalaborwa Gate to Kruger National Park, this makes it a perfect place to stay if you wish to visit the park but you prefer higher quality accommodation. The room and bathroom were specious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The restaurant served delicious food and great drink options. Staff was very kind and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

Loved the attention to detail and the size of the hotel . Nice and small. Big ups to Tumi for always helping with a smile, she really brings a breathe of fresh air to the place . Well done

On the day of our check in (22 July),the receptionist was extremely cold and unfriendly . That was a sour start to our day 1
