Unfortunately, since it was a self-catering apartment, and we were making our breakfast, but we had everything the big fridge, pot, and pans the only thing I would recommend they add is a bit more cutlery and extra things to use in the kitchen.

I guess just having enough cutlery which I think it's how the kitchen is designed but the fact that the sink to wash the dishes was at the door which to me was a bit strange because if you are cooking then the sink must not be at the door which means you have to carry the dishes to wash them far away from the stove and the rack

Our group had a wonderful weekend stay at this venue. The convenient location was a major highlight - especially its proximity to Kruger National Park, making our safari visits effortless. It is a wonderful, peaceful stay away from home.

The room was not high quality as in the pictures but still good rooms.

A very pleasant and convenient place for those who want to visit the KNP. Inviting even for longer stays. The fact that it has an interior backyard where it is possible to have a barbecue is a great asset.

The emergency lighting in one of the rooms did not work, which did not affect our stay because we were equipped with flashlights. As we had an early checkout, we ended up forgetting to mention this anomaly to reception.

Check in was easy, staff friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi worked good and kids loved the place. The separate bedroom was greatly appreciated, and the kitchen was also well equipped to cater for all possible needs. Parking is secure and the location is very good also.

Nothing to complain about

The staff are the sauce on the burger meaning they are the best 😘 the place is clean and well arranged, with back up during load shedding.

No hot water at 8:30 in the morning, no backup for morning loadshedding would have loved some coffee, not everyone will be going to work by 8 so please cater for all till check out time at 10 at least.

Rooms were neat. Convenient and close to get to Kruger National Park. Close to the shops.

There were lots of mosquitos inside the rooms upon arrival. However, the reception provided a spray to control the presence of the mosquitos.

The property is situated close to the main road and has a 24 hour reception. I also liked the fact that they have backup during load shedding. The rooms were exactly they way they are advertised on the Booking.com website, so there is no hidden agendas. My family was happy with everything and wished we stayed longer.

Your place is incredible amazing and I can even recommend it to my friends as even customer service is very Good... I was assisted by another smart young man with German cut I forgot to ask his name but that young man really he knows hot to treat customers

The place is literally a 3 minute drive from Kruger National Park Phalaborwa gate. Directly me t to the road. They have a 24-hour reception desk. You can check in anytime of night, with no late check-in fee. Very clean and comfortable.

There is no restaurant on sight. No meals offered.
