The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the place stood out. The hotel was immaculate and the ambiance was truly beautiful, lending to a comfortable and pleasing environment. It's clear that a lot of thought has been put into maintaining the hotel's appearance.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and the WiFi was a bit slow.

What an absolute disappointment. My room was crawling with ants, we had left over food and by the time we woke up, there were ants everywhere, phones, clothes. When I finally call the reception to help, I was promised that a manager will call and never did. I went to the reception, that's when I found him there, spoke to him. He came to see it and said, there's nothing he can do but to refer to his Manager and the said manager never called us. What an absolute bad experience that my family had and the hotel didn't care. I spend my money for nothing

The lady security guard who was working on Sunday night (4 Dec 2022), I forgot to ask her name, but I was very thankful for her thoughtful and kind action - she saw that I had a baby, she insisted I park close to the hotel door since the parking were full and the extra parking were far. That was my highlight. Every thing else was excellent. The shower, the breakfast, the comfortable bed, a mall near by. I am totally happy about my stay. And I would and will recommend to my friends and family who plan stay in Polokwane to stay there. Absolutely 💯

It is clean, the rooms are very specious and the buffet has more options

They don’t have bar fridges in the rooms (even though there’s enough space), they have an ice machine but no ice buckets in the rooms. It seems like they switch off their gysers during the day, I seriously needed a hot shower around 14:30. The water was cold until 18:00.

The buffet on Friday 5/5/2023 was so good I praised the chef. Unfortunately on Saturday we expected the same. We had to pay the same amount but the variety lacked more than 50% when measured against the previous night. What a pitty. Tables not laid, we had to salvage from different tables.

The staff was very friendly especially the security guards at the entrance and parking. The room was clean.

Parking was terrible and looked unsafe. Having to park my car across the street and carry my backs in the hotel and repeat same in the morning was bad. This is the only thing that will make me reconsider your hotel in future. I am always confronted with this reality everytime I visit.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly

The noise yoh, people were very loud I couldn’t get my peace of mind. The breakfast was not bad but adding more variety would work. The noise there was so deafening and all I needed in the morning was peace

From the day I checked in, the stuff was very kind and helped us through out the check in. They even showed me my room and told me everything I need to know. I would rate them10/10 for how kind they were. The cleanliness of the hotel was on another level. There was no noise, no disturbance at all. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

If i say there's something I did not like I'll be lying.

The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. We mostly delt with Nicole she is great. Kitchen staff and waiters all so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and clean, the security outside gave us comfort about the security of our vehicle.

Check in was at 2 but we couldn't access our for over 30 minutes because people where not checking out on time. Hotel needs to facilitate this better.

The breakfast was superb. Restaurant staff always go extra mile to help. I asked at the Reception if all the rooms do not have bar fridge or is it the one I booked, the receptionist said that the rooms don't come with fridge but if I need it they can bring it to our room without extra charge, and we got the bar fridge in our room within less than 30 minutes. I loved everything, I recommend garden court
