The breakfast and the pool

The beds are uncomfortable and they don't serve supper on Friday and Saturday. They don't have room service.

The environment

When I asked the reception if it was possible to bring my own alcohol and cold drink she advised me that I m not allowed because they have there own bar, I accepted that. Around an hour later a group of people arrived in two small busses and they where allowed with there own cooler boxes and alcohol at the swimming pool. I really think we where unfairly treated because of race I m not sure, we had to buy from the bar at a higher cost for alcohol and cold drink whilst others is allowed with there coolers boxes.

I had a lovely stay at the property. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was so delightful and helpful, willing to go the extra mile in terms of assistance and recommendations. Tshephang checked us in so swiftly and professionally, he was very kind. Lizzy, Refilwe & Tebogo (I think, I might have her name wring, but she was on morning duty with Refilwe on Aug 22) were all such a joy and so hospitable. The lady that cleaned our room on Aug 22 was so pleasant, it's a pity I didn't get her name. But all in all, the service was amazing.

Would have loved to have more options at breakfast especially in terms of fruit, but the food was really good!

Breakfast was fresh, good and delicious. I had everything I wanted for breakfast. The staff gave us a warm welcome and good service.

I Honestly liked everything, had a bit of flue when we arrived, the staff member at reception asked the lady in the kitchen to make some green tea, lemon, ginger and honey for me. in the morning I woke up well, AS I WAS DRINKING THAT GREEN TEA It felt like home.

The place was amazing...I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and was impressed with that. Our room did not have a fridgerator, irregardless of whether the room is a superior, delux or standard there should atleast put small fridges. The breakfast was just fine.

They might want to change the small glasses used for breaksfast because they were too small and it gets disturbing to keep on refilling times and times again.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days during a competition and despite the room being small (we were aware of this in advance) it was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good & the outdoor area and pool were lovely.

We struggled with the Wifi for most of our stay and didn't love the dinners so we opted to eat out

This establishment served up an eccelent breakfast buffet, plenty of variety and good quality. The room was clean and comfortable and the wi fi very good. It rained the whole time we were there so cannot comment on the outside facilities. Check in was fast and easy and the staff were very friendly.

It is notGPS as you can see it from the freeway but must get off and search for the entrance street to the hotel, it is not signposted from the main road.

The breakfast was top and we enjoyed every meal of our morning and even staff were so lovely and having that welcoming love to us. Thank you for that warm courtesy.

I think you should make swimming pool for kids under 11 years and make sure that adults can swim in the evening in a clean swimming pool without any difficulties.

It was clean, friendly and super helpful and accommodating staff.

The location, the pool, the breakfast, the staff, the room, the cleaning every day. It was a great stay and will recommend it to anyone going to Rustenburg.
