I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beckhuis for a week, where I also had the opportunity to work before embarking on a three-week vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff at Beckhuis were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my room was always immaculate, their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. In particular, I would like to give a special shout-out to Portia, whose professionalism and friendliness made my experience even more memorable. Beckhuis itself boasts a charming ambiance, with tastefully decorated rooms and inviting communal spaces. The amenities provided were top-notch, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day of work. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access nearby restaurants & shops. Overall, my time at Beckhuis was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this guest house for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing to add here

It’s the second time we stayed at Beckhuis and we really enjoyed it. The property is quite big, with a pool and a very nice and spacious garden. There are two+ buildings, the garden is in the middle. So you don’t even realize that there could be more guests as it is all well spaced out. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but it was very neat, crisp white bedding, aircon and the bathroom is spacious. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the ginger biscuits are delicious and the breakfast is nice. We loved staying here!

Thank you it was an awesome stayover. The accommodation was "'Out of this world'". However for 1 person it was overly equipped especially as I only spent 7 hours in the room! 1hour changing and 6 sleeping. Would have been nice to have single accommodation with less facilities and a lesser amount of money. Had I stayed 3/4 days, the stay would have been unforgettable. I have already recommended Beckhuis to friends and family. Keep up the good work and hospitality! many thanks Nicole

Parking facilities for larger cars.

We booked a very last minute stopover (2 hours in advance!) and were very pleasantly surprised by this guesthouse. The location was beautiful, the rooms huge & beautifully decorated and the bathrooms totally luxurious! In the morning they provided breakfast in the garden under the vines - all in all a perfect start to our Christmas holiday. The staff & owner were also so obliging providing us with 2 rooms close together (for our children) even though we had booked something different online.

The breakfast was delicious AND a great portion. Fresh ingredients and just what I needed after a wedding the night before. The service was impeccable. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole stay was very organised and seamless. I loved the extra beverages in the minibar. The whole property is really beautiful and the room was HUGE. Very special spot and I will for sure stay here again.

It was perfect- honestly I have no complaints!

This stylish hotel has everything you need either if you stay for business trip or for a getaway. Very nicely designed, spotlessly clean, a perfect bed and soft linen. I stayed in a very spacious room with door to a lovely garden with a small pool (though i didnt have a chance to try it). The rooms are surrounded by a shady garden, spacious indoor sitting areas next to the rooms area. Thought through smallest details and ammenities, incl quality soap and lotion, coffee maker, milk, bottled water etc.

There was no door to restroom /shower in the room, if you stay as a couple this might be uncomfortable. Lack of a shelf next to the bathrom mirror would be more convenient.

What an absolute gem, the property was spotless and serene. The gardens and rooms beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and all our expectations exceeded. The lady that runs the place is a star, I cannot thank her enough for making our stay so perfect.

This is a very cute traditional Cape building divided into suites. The gardens are peaceful and the rooms were clean and decorated in an old Cape, vintage style. We stayed for two nights for a wedding in the area. Portia took excellent care of us. The breakfasts were exceptional. A comfortable bed. Lots of space in the room and an old fashioned tub for a soak. Checkin was easy, Portia was very helpful throughout our stay.

Not much storage for clothes

Enjoyed our stay !! If we are ever traveling to Worcester again this would be my first choice ! Its close to Restaurants if you want to take a stroll. Beckhuis staff is so friendly and their food is 10 out of 10!!! Loved everything about this place!!!

Just a hint, would reccomend you to get a tipe of towel that does not harden from washing them. Thats the only thing that was a bit off putting.

Had a lovely stay at Beckhuis. My host was Leonie who ensured that all my needs were met! She also assured me that she would easily accommodate me having an early breakfast (07h20) - even though they only open for breakfast at 07h45. I was also provided with a room away from any road noise as was requested when I made the initial booking a few weeks prior to my stay - and slept quite comfortably. The room and bathroom was spacious and neatly kept. The breakfast fruit bowl was not only a feast for the eyes with different fruits and colours, but was also very tasty. I opted to take half of it as a take-away - and enjoyed it later that day. (Divine). The cherry on top was that the breakfast option included poached eggs, served with caramelised onions, rocket and a croissant! Everything was prepared by Leonie - and I can only say - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! 10 out of 10!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Beckhuis and this establishment comes highly recommended!
