All Very nice & helpful, and accommodating staff. Happy with our room, so comfortable & relaxing to sleep & provided excellent service every day during our stay. Quiet vicinity. No smoking hotel & has laundromat. So happy that staff helped us find the Catholic Church near Ramada Incheon. Just a 10-minute walk from Ramada to Soera, in time for the 6pm Sunday Mass (April 30, 2023). And there is a train station is just across the hotel. So many restaurants, coffee shops (Illy’s our favorite right beside Ramada Incheon) & convenient stores within the area. The Rate by Booking.com & Ramada Incheon is a great value for money.

Quite far from the Songdo Convensia where we had our conference. But we have no regrets that we chose Ramada Incheon.

honestly, I didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel, cuz there’s no variety of the menu moreover it is not suitable for Muslim people based on the comments in this app. According to the location, I think it’s suitable for staying couple days because far away from the city centre, however, it is very close to the Soraepogu Station.

- The furniture, especially the room carpets. - There’s no microwave in the room.

Walk to the station and the popular fish market. Good location and quiet room. Shout out to Subin Lee who has helped us greatly to ensure that we were comfortable with our room requirements. It'll be great if all the staff would have her cheerful and accomodating attitude towards guests. Thank you and well done Subin !

Comfortable and good facilities, helpful staff & good views with good restaurants just downstairs. Close to the waterside, fish market and other sites. Across from the train station and 30 mins to Incheon airport.

Nothing to complain about. We were in the area to visit friends but as a tourist this is perhaps not an area most would visit.

Very close to the subway and lots of restaurants nearby.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 children being a “large double bed” and a sofa bed. Instead we were given a room for three people- a queen bed and a single bed and only three towels. Given it was for one night and our children are young, we squeezed in the two beds and made do.

I liked how fast the check-in process was and how clean and comfortable the room was as well. Parking was a bit tight, especially as I had a big car, but not out of the norm for Korea. The heating was centrally controlled and very comfortable as well.

Our room had a window in the shower that was covered with blinds. It was a little uncomfortable knowing that having the blinds one way meant that someone in the shower could see out, but the other way meant that someone in the room could see in. Also, it was easy for the bathroom floor in front of the sink to get wet from the shower.

The space was comfortable. It suited our needs. Although communication at the desk was very limited - they couldn't speak English very well; they really went above and beyond to get past the language barrier to try and assist us.

Dining options were limiting within the hotel.

Across Soraepogu Station, which means you can get anywhere in Korea as quickly as possible

View was just more city ad not anything special.

Close to to Sorapugu train station, quite a few restaurants and convenience stores close by. Rooms modern and new.

Lots of stains on the carpet! Needed to book breakfast the night before, but no one mentioned this on check in.

The room was nice and clean

The pillow was a bit uncomfortable and the room temperature was very cold for me but I Couldn’t control air conditioning privately.
