It is very clean

They gave me a coupon for a coffee in their café and it doesn’t say anything about the time to use it. When I was going to use it they told me it start after 10 am.

The room was very spacious and clean!

Location is closer to new Jeju City and further from old Jeju City where all the markets and most attractions are, but finding the hotel via public transport was quite easy.

If you are a business Traveller to Jeju or just need a relatively cheap overnight this ,may be a really good choice, the breakfast was quite spectacular and the rooms are clean with the usual kettle and small fridge. Pretty good for a overnight or a few days of meeting etc.., the staff were helpful

Well our room had no view, sit-down area or balcony, and although you can pay for an upgrade I doubt there is much of a view in any room since the hotel is located in a pretty unban area( not dangerous, just city) . The hotel has a few minor wear issues that are easily overlooked if there is views or other things to focus on but in this case there was not. I would say it's a pretty typical business hotel with a great breakfast, so if that is your need then this will be a good stay.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, and only a 15 min drive from the Hallasan track starting point. Staff was nice and free garage parking was provided.

We had an issue with the power plugs in the room. Nowhere in South Korea in 2,5 weeks of travelling we had any issues with our European adaptors. In this hotel, as soon as we connected any charger, it kicked out the circuit breakers in the room. The staff offered different adapters for a fee. We didn’t make use of them in the end.

The room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with good choices of western and Korean food. The proximity to the airport was useful and it was super easy to get there on the bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

The only downside was the view from the window of the brick wall of the building next door, which was extremely close and caused the room to be a little dark. Obviously this is why the room was so cheap, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel room during the day so it really wasn't much of an issue.

The room and toilet were super big and provided everything that a 5-star hotel should have provided like a mini fridge, bottles of water, towel, soap and shampoo, etc. The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins drive from the airport and close to many eateries and a convenience store and an ATM.

The restaurant did not have a restaurant, which was something I hoped for, especially after 8-9 hours of sightseeing

The staff was really nice, I had to arrive two days later due to a storm, and I contacted them and Booking’s customer service, sent them the details about my cancelled flight, and everything was arranged super quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff behind the reception is really kind and always ready to help. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the shower is a Western style shower (separate shower cabin from the rest of the bathroom). There was a bug screen for the window, so you could safely keep the window open without all the bugs sneaking in. The bed was comfortable, and there is also a desk and a little closet for clothes to hang, which is very convenient. I took the bus to get around the island, and it was about 8 minutes to the nearest bus stop, which had frequent buses to the bus terminal or other bus stops where you could switch to the buses for the touristic places. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bus, depending on traffic, to get to the bus terminal. There are several convenience stores nearby, as well as restaurants and cafés.

There was no designated area to leave your shoes when you enter the room, and the entire floor was carpet, so it created the idea that people could just walk inside with their shoes on, and it would get in the carpet. There was also a slightly dusty smell in the room, which left quickly enough once the window was open for a while, but would also return quickly if the window was closed.

the suite room is big and has 2 toilets - one with the tub and the other is the normal shower room. jacuzzi works fine and was great to use especially after climbing Mount Hallasan 😅 nice and relaxing there’s convenience store nearby the reception staff Anna speaks good English and is very welcoming. always a joy to see her in the morning or when returning in the evening. she also gave me a good recommendation to hike Bijari forest followed by a stroll along a nearby beach.

there’s not much food options nearby and the nearest street with many restaurants options is about 10 mins walk away. furnishings look a bit old and need some sprucing up. carpet tiles need some shampooing and so does the sofa. there’s a nice balcony to sit and enjoy but no instructions on how to set up the outdoor heater 😅 most of the staff don’t speak good English, eg I asked for an iron and they couldn’t understand. I had to show a photo to explain 😅 and they only had a steam iron that didn’t help in ironing my blouse.

The location and the overall cleanliness. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed the walk from all the food we ate!

The staff weren't that friendly or approachable. In general, everytime I asked a question, the answers were short, cold and I felt brushed off. Example: I asked what time the cafe opened, and the staff glanced at me and answered looking in a different direction. I tried to control the temperature of the room and I don't know whether I couldn't or didn't know how to, so I felt a little chilly. However I was able to sleep throughout the night without feeling cold.

It was a comfortable stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with friendly people and hotel staff leave you alone, which I like.

It was a huge variety of eateries but it was quite a walk to get to them, some as far as 30 minutes away. I also felt that 12, 000 Won was excessive for the breakfast on offer, so gave up having breakfast after day two.
