Nice and spacious bathroom in our room. The staff was also really accommodating and helpful with every request. It is very close to the airport and in a decent location, just a few minutes walk away from some really lively places. I would recommend this place if you are looking for just a place to sleep and being out for the majority of the day.
The toilet did not come with a bidet as advertised which was disappointing. There are also only 4 or so parking spaces on the premises, so you must park on the street otherwise. The room itself was pretty small with little room to walk, so was a bit hard to spend a long time in the room (other than sleeping).

I liked that this hotel wasn't so far from Grand Hyatt at all or the bus stop.
The ambience of this hotel isn't so great. The exterior isn't attractive at all. It would do them more good to do some overhaul of the aesthetics of this place. I also think they can do better with room service.

The location was good. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The room was clean. It is easily accessible from the airport.
There was a smoking room across from my room and I could smell smoke from my room. The fire alarm went off multiple times, most likely due to the smoke from other guests. The bathroom was very outdated and the hotel did not provide washcloths.
