The room was large, beautiful and comfortable with a fridge, sitting area, and large bath. The staff was absolutely lovely - very helpful and friendly. The view is terrific.

I loved the in-floor bath but it took so long to fill up (~1.5 hours!) that it was getting cold by the time it was full! The thing I REALLY did not like is that there was music playing on the property until 9:00 pm at night. I wanted to just sit and enjoy the breeze through my window, or the sound of ocean, or read my book, and all I could hear was this bad, technopop music for 12 hours a day. I understand that they might want to keep things lively at the pool (which was closed for the season) but there is really no reason to play it everywhere on the property, and certainly not at that volume.

The spa tub was pleasant. The view was fantastic. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. And I'd recommend adding a few more pillows to the bed.

Not enough mirrors. And the one they had was at a very inconvenient height and angle for anyone over 175cm. I wasn't too fond of the musical taste throughout the night. It was usually 70s American music. Since the temperature was pretty much set for warm, I'd need the door to the balcony opened for airflow. And so I had to welcome the music as well. I don't want to bash it or such, just it was very off-putting. Other than that it was great.

Better than expected, the room is very big, the hotel itself is large and on lots of land. The jacuzzi tub takes 2 hours to fill and there isnt much ventilation in the room it is in, but alot can be forgiven because of the size and general swankiness of the room. I think a 2 or 3 night stay would be perfect for this hotel, there isn't much around it and there is no restaurant on site that we saw but it would be cool to just hang out in the room for more than one night like we did, and go to area restaurants to eat, and try the pool which is in the center of the hotel grounds. But a week or more would be too much, if they had a restaurant with room service it might be worth doing that.

I loved the somewhat separate spaces for the two beds in the room. This made it feel like two rooms even though it was technically one. The view from the room was wonderful. One of my goals when coming to Jeju was to see the Haenyeo divers and there were divers right in the view from my room!

The spa tub is not as great of a feature as I thought it would be. It took about 2 hours to fill so you really have to plan ahead to use it efficiently. It felt like a big waste of water since there is no way to keep it warm for later use.

This is an amazing hotel, with external facilities like swimming pool or bar. The room had kitchen with a fridge (regular size, not the smaller ones that use to be in hotel rooms). Bathroom was massive with a Jacuzzi that we used, since you can seat in it looking to the sea, which were the views we had from the entire room. For some reason, there were very few guests, so it was also a quiet place.

The guy in reception desk asked us to wait 15 minutes, which was the time left until the official check in time.

Nice place with a great view of the ocean. Room was spacious enough an well equipped. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Overall had a very nice stay at the hotel

Was expecting some more amenities and services from a resort at this level. There was no food room service and all the restaurants at the resort seemed to be closed. Also no laundry service which personally for me is something I use and count on. Some of the furniture in thecroom was a bit worn out as well.

We let the hotel know it was our honeymoon and out of everywhere we stayed in SK, they were the only one to make a fuss of us and gifted us a bottle of wine. The hotel was really easy to find and really beautiful. The room was exceptional and so comfortable. There was a great Korean BBQ restaurant 2 minutes away plus lots of other lovely bars and restaurants. We were sad that it wasn’t warm enough to use the swimming pool but it looked great!

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed but we understand that this was due to Covid so entirely understandable!

View was great - overlooking the ocean. Huge room. Bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub in the room was SO big it took a long time to fill up, so only used it once. But it was very nice. Also the bath / shower are is separated from the room with a glass wall that does not go all the way to the ceiling, so it made it bit humid. But opening the door to the deck fixed that issue.

3rd time staying at this hotel. It's peaceful, it's cozy, rooms are incredibly spacious. Pool is comfortable, bed is comfy. Very clean rooms. Was my engagement weekend. Made a room request which the hotel satisfied. The staff really made sure that my stay was comfortable and that my needs were met. For that me and my fiancée are truly grateful! Oh, and the views are a lot better than other hotels which are double the price. Totally worth it!

The hotel is great, but the area doesn't have a lot of food options or taxis available. If you wana do extreme things or sightseeing then it would be better to rent a car. This hotel is really for people who wana chill.

The Location was beautiful, the in-room hot tub/sauna had a jacuzzi function and was big enough for four people. The area was quiet and the scenery from the ocean view room was outstanding

No Breakfast Options/restaurant, only air conditioning available in Nov, so it was cold in the room, the rain shower had no pressure and just sprayed everywhere, wasn't very focused, and had to use the shower head by hand which was not directional from the top of the shower
