we had a problem with our bedroom, and we were upgraded to a new bedroom which was beautiful. I can honestly say the stuff there was absolutely superb especially Mr CHEON Seunghyun . we couldn’t get a taxi for our dinner one evening, and he kindly drove us which was beyond his job requirement. On our last day. Our credit cards would not work to pay for the taxi, and one of the hotel reception paid for it himself, without allowing us to refund him when you’re traveling abroad and they don’t speak your language very well to have such extremely professional and kind service from the hotel really makes the stay some thing special .
Hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms at which point I think it would be perfect. If you were western traveling there just make sure you ask for a refurbished room.

Poor quality food at the buffet restaurant. I clearly stated 4 guests and Booking.com gave me an option which turned out to have only 1 double bed. I had to pay extra for additional beds. Then also had to ask for 2 more bath towels. Had to pay extra and were given 2 small towels (half the size of bath towels).

Great location in Seogwipo. Our room was specious and clean. The staff was really nice.
We were surprised that the swimming pool area was still closed in May. Not even jacuzzi was open, unfortunately.

The property overlooked a river that flows to the sea. I think the resort is under rated and was surprised to see close to zero video review of the place. Staff was very warm & friendly.

The room was huge, with a great view. Loved the grounds and the food options. Was a great base for exploring Jeju.
As a solo traveller it was really set up for families, but if you are going as a couple or group it would be perfect.
