The location was great, easy for tour pickup since at main road side. Easy to walk to any eateries, GS25 was just beside and Lotte Mall just down the road. This is a Chinese prominent area. Room was clean and cosy, heated floor functioned well. Cleaning and towels change, bottles refill daily. Staff available 24hrs, and there's a grand piano at the entrance. A guest was playing it when we arrived, it felt so welcoming 😄

Due to the location, can be quite noisy if your room facing the main road. The bathroom door has no lock so just need to be aware when someone's in 😅 Maybe something common (in S.Korea) as I read in other reviews, only given 2 big towels for 4 guests room, other 2 are medium size.

1) Good location - less than 3 minutes walk from bus stop, 5 bus stop from airport and Jeju inter-city bus terminal that have many buses going different parts of the island. Taxi from airport to hotel only cost 4500 - 5500 won. 2) Clean room - blanket, bedsheets, floor , wardrobe, toilet and bathtub are very clean. Change of towels everyday. Mini fridge, kettle, glass drinking cups and saucers, hair dryer and toiletries provided in room. 3) air conditioning - AC on the ceiling. 4) check in - 24 hour front desk service, they speak English doable to get help with directions etc. No worry even late check in at midnight. 5) value for money - room and toilet are good size, with a proper dressing table (can use as working desk for laptop) and big mirror, TV, TV console, a stand to put luggage on so no need to place luggage on the floor. 6) accommodative front desk - allowed late check out free of charge as need to answer an important call in the room at 11am. Helped to call a taxi to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff!

1. The location is good and there are a lot of bus stops around the hotel that take you to various places on the island. Whilst it's quite easy to catch the outbound bus from the centre, it's quite tricky catching the return bus. Lots of convenience stores and bakeries etc nearby. 2. The room was big and clean and had everything I needed. 3. Check in and out was very efficient and easy

1. There were days when I didn't want my room cleaned and the cleaners still left clean towels outside my door. For someone who is clean and tidy, it isn't really necessary for me to get 4 new towels every day. The hotel gives 2 free bottles of water every day. I would prefer it if they had filtered water that we could refill ourselves. There is definitely more that could be done to be more environmentally friendly. 2. Only Korean TV channels. 3. Can't control the temperature of the air con. You can only choose low,medium and high whatever that means. So it's trial and error really.

The hotel was well positioned close to bus lines, a main shipping street and with a convenience store right around the corner. The heating was generally ok, although it did not work at all times. They did have a bath tub which seems difficult to find in South Korea. It was very nice how they gave us water and fresh towels daily next to the door because we had the DND sign on.

Even though there was a bar to put a shower curtain on there was no shower curtain. The hallway walls look poorly maintained.

About 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, big rooms and big bathroom with even a bath. Restaurants and convenience store all very close by. The staff were nice and spoke decent enough english. Everything was very clean.

The interior of the room was a bit dated, including the air-conditioning. The bath didn't drain well, as it caused flooding of the bathroom.

The location is perfect, we preferred less crowded area of Jeju-si. Surrounding of the hotel also have a lot of great local food. First time for us in trying the traditional futon sleeping on the floor. It's really warm and cozy for winter especially.

We think the shared toothpaste is a bit not too hygiene.

The location is very strategic, very close to the airport, and have many cafe/convenient store nearby, can reach by walking, there is also a lot of parking for cars, just beside the hotel, the staff can speak english and very helpful, help us to book the taxi to airport, the room is very clean and everything is like new, no smell, the room is being cleaned everyday, the towel is changed everyday, there is also a trolley for luggage, we can store the luggage at the hotel even when it is not check in time yet, everything was beyond my expectation! please consider this hotel!

many hotels in Korea are central heating & cooling which means that in late Oct when it was a bit stuffy indoors, I slept in a bit of heat since most properties turn off the AC by that time. I should’ve opened the window to let some cool air in. however, I must say that by far this property has the most proactive and service-oriented front desk team. they spoke the best English out of the 3 properties I stayed at and treated this foreigner as an equal and important guest. a lot of others don’t feel comfortable or confident communicating with foreigners so I felt like I was low-key being avoided by the staff. as a solo traveller, I really appreciated their willingness to always help and answer questions esp when I was in an urgent state like needing to get help finding the parking space or needing a taxi urgently to the airport cuz no taxi was coming by on a Saturday early morning. truly I felt so grateful for the staff - they are the biggest asset this property has!

Parking is not connected to the hotel property so it was hard to find. hotel entrance is also on a narrow/ crowded inner street so I missed it the first time. driving by car, this property is not the easiest to enter but just circle a few times until you spot the sign. look up when you’re driving. also it’s right by some noisy busy streets of Jeju so may be a little bit noisy if you open the windows. it’s close proximity to the airport but the traffic here can be bad during peak period so allocate 15-20 mins to get to/ from the airport during peak period. however, during off peak, it only takes like 8 mins.
