Good position. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convinient to move around the area. The buses connect to most of touristic places in Seogwipo. There is two 7-11 stores in front, the food street nearby. 7 minutes walking to Ollel Market. There is a microwave and water supply on 1st floor. Good sound proof on 10th floor.

There is no iron to rent or borrow. No washing service, but you can use the self washing service in front.

Shin Shin Cheonjiyeon was close to multiple bus routes to get to all parts of the island as I do not have a driver's license which was critical. Given I had to reserve slots for summiting Mt. Hallasan, Geomun Oreum, Soegwipo healing forest, etc. front desk staff were great in answering my 50 questions every day and helping me book as some of the sites mentioned above are only in Korean, and sometimes they had to call to inquire about details. Min Young always gave me the best bus routes that were more accurate. It's easy to get somewhere, but ensure you get the bus route back, as I almost never made it back from the forests or areas near Hallasan and had to walk 1 hour or wait ages for any bus that would come by, as they don't always go by the schedule! And then when I went to Jeju-Si for a night before flying off, realised hotel staff there can barely even speak English or understand or help you and I got really frustrated, after 9 days in Soegwipo touring the island...Thanks ladies! Bed was comfy, bathroom super clean, great view of Hallasan out my window as I ate bfast.

Just need to seriously revamp/renovate the rooms, and clean/vaccuum them as housekeeping didn't seem to. I don't know if the bfast was good as never say anyone there eating.

Good location. Little tight but Comfortable room. Good price and hotel for the the available options. Parking available at the hotel. Bus stop, cafés, convenient stores all located next to the hotel. Special thanks to Songyi in the staff for going above and beyond to help us.

Mixed feelings about the staff - the morning staff when we were checking in was quite cold and unfriendly. Songyi in the evening shift was super helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help solve a problem for us. The staff in the parking area was also very helpful considering they didn’t speak English.

Lovely room and helpful staff, and the location is good for many sights or transport in Seogwipo area. There is a bus stop for certain buses right outside the hotel, although not far all buses (like the airport one/s: 600; 800). The breakfast, which can be paid for daily if you wish is amazing - a buffet and a mix of foods.

There was confusion about the Halla Mountain view room which I thought I'd booked. Either way, they upgraded / changed my booking for free.

Tried another room in the same hotel. This room has a terrace. In the photo, the table and chairs are red and beautifully painted. On our terrace they were not painted. I won’t say that this spoiled the impression of the room. Anyway, we left early in the morning and returned almost at night; there was no time to sit on the terrace. Good hotel. The location was also good. There are shops nearby. For 2 days we couldn’t park in the hotel parking lot (it was busy), but the hotel reimbursed the cost of parking in another parking lot. The staff is friendly. Towels, water, tea/coffee were changed every day. Comfortable bed.

I actually first stayed at this hotel about a year before, so I chose it again, partly for the price and trusted rooms. The staff are helpful and even if you don't want the room cleaned or simply "don't want to be disturbed" they will still leave fresh towels and bottles of water in a bag on your door handle, which is great! I had a kind of city / mountain view & it was beautiful... I also even saw a fully formed rainbow on the morning of the 1st December.

The breakfast, which I've had before is a little pricey. Also, although it's generally cleaned very well (although it is kind of old and there is wear & tear), inside the bathroom on the bottom of the sliding door, previous people had made it messy with perhaps toothpaste. This had gone unnoticed... Room 1019 may still have these marks (?).

It's a convenient location in the Seogwipo area. It's 10 to 15 mins to the Seogwipo Market where you would most likely get your meals. Parking is readily available at the hotel, and there is someone to help / guide you on where to park too.

The staff could have been a bit more friendly. More than once, housekeeping did not give enough towels (i.e. they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people) and when we went down to the receptionist to ask them for an extra towel, they did not seem too keen to entertain our request.

Day 1: Reception female staff unable to communicate in simple English. Appeared relunctant to communicate🙄; chasing me away even though I was the only party checking in. Day 3: Same staff assisted to call a taxi BUT refused (after I requested twice) to help tell driver my destination in korean. I boarded taxi and left. After a min of communication breakdown with Naver App(korean), driver turned back to hotel, alighted and asked same staff to TRANSLATE destination in korean.☹ This trip, I stayed in 5 diff hotels (1-3 stars); no issues with other Reception staff communication in sign language or simple English...

Great location for Southern Jeju and the accommodations are great. You have everything a tourist needs, a few minutes away.

Before I arrived, they had to remove the shower curtains due to mold. Which I appreciated in terms of making sure it was all clean but also... no replacements so I had to put down a lot of towels to keep the water from flowing to the rest of the bath/toilet. I am sure they will fix it but still annoying to deal with.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Great view of street and hillside. Location was great and walking distance to food streets, convenience store across the road and laundromat. Breakfast was excellent because they had baked beans which I was craving and had lots of variety both western and Korean food.

Reception staff not able to speak English and so we communicated with phone translation otherwise it was fine.
