staffs were nice. and the desert store located 1st floor was great. the room was clean and nice, cozy. good.

Hotel is in the perfect location in Seogwipo, 10 min walk from Cheongjiyeon waterfall and 10min walk to Olle Market. There is a convenience store inside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and designed well. There was more than enough space for 2 people and we were very comfortable. The airport bus stop is also right outside. The room was made up everyday and towels were restocked. Free tea/water bottles are provided. The staff are nice and provided us with a comprehensive guide upon arrival for tourist spots and food in the area. They also held a sunrise watching event on January 1st with free hot packs and tea which was cute. I would stay here again.

Room & Bathroom were spacious and high quality, the view we had was beautiful too. Location was very close to some beautiful walks and park. It was also right by the bus stop for airport transfer and a quick walk into town by several nice restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite, the CU store being part of the hotel was also very useful (especially for hiking days) and the pool was heated to a relatively high temperature which was nice. The basement also had a good gym and this fun games room with some free games and some paid

Some more information on hiking around Hallasan and how to get to the main waterfall as it wasn't quite clear. But not much downside I'll be honest

the location was excellent! very convenient to just walk around town. And traffic is not congested in Seogwipo.

It has a stench in the toilets. No coffee or tea provided. Jeju produces their own tea, but there was no complimentary tea provided.

A lovely hotel in the south of Jeju. Very easy and convenient bus shuttle to and from Jeju airport which takes around 1.5 hours. Very well situated close to beautiful parks, waterfalls and food market. Blossom Cafe is a must to visit if in the area. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms, Convenience store and coffee shop on the premises as well as coin laundry facilities. Tea and coffee not provided in rooms, although cups, glasses and small fridge. Daily complementary water bottles provided which was most welcome in the heat. Lovely pool and relaxation areas available. Staff very kindly posted items we had left in the room after check-out to my daughter in Gwangju ... this was most kind of them and here they exceeded our expectations!

Sadly the carpets in all the corridors are in a very bad state needing replacement.

Good localization. Easy access from the airport by bus, even it took us more than hour to get there. Close to waterfalls. Also easy to get to the main street with plenty of restaurants. Nice kids and playing area. Hotel is good to stay for short time or as a base for trips around the island by the car. In general Seogwipo is far from nice beaches, but if you look for hiking starting point I could recommend the localization.

The pool area is very basic and we didn’t like it. So don’t expect too much. To get breakfast you have to be there no later than 9:30. But from our experience breakfasts are always very early in Korean hotels. And it was so busy so we had to stay and wait for the free table. The hotel is localized near by busy street. We changed our plans and left the hotel after first night even booked for five. Personnel promised to check if we can get the partial refund, but no one even contacted us regarding this issue.

I would like to appreciate to helpful front desk, especially Mr. Kang Eun Chang. Hotel facilities, cleanness , room size, room view, roof pool, rooftop and convenience store in hotel are excellent. Water fall, Cruise and submarine station are very close. Very close to Seogwipo city hall. Olle market very close to the property and I recommend the night street food in this market. Also, you can enjoy with offered discount for some attractions in Jeju which provided by room reservation in this hotel. Thank you Casaloma hotel :)

Breakfast quality was good but I want to recommend to property to use warmer to keep food warmer.

When I first checked in, I was given a room with no view. I had chose the superior twin room and paid extra. When I went downstairs and showed them what I was promised in the reservation, they fixed it. I don't know whether it was booking.com the issue, or communication between booking and the hotel. My new room had a stunning view. The room was clean and good size. There were parking options and food near by. I dont know if it was Jeju island or the location, but I paid more for food than I did on the mainland. The attached conveience store proved to be needed. This is a great place.

I think there was a misunderstanding between booking and the hotel regarding the rooms sells and or selection. I had to insist to get what I wanted.

We stayed 2 nights at Casaloma Hotel. Checkin was very easy and parking was easy to find behind the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable with a good AC unit and perfect shower. Very WALKABLE! We walked to Cheonjiyeon waterfalls one evening; the Olle market for dinner; and a yummy Korean BBQ down the street. The breakfast buffet was HUGE - we were given coupons for the breakfast (FREE!). Pool and patio area on the roof top were a plus to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of JEJU!

Comfy bed, spacious clean room, good value breakfast with lots of choices, pleasantly surprised with the kids playroom (I have a 3 year old who loved it), free to play arcade style playroom, rooftop pool with amazing sunset view, friendly staff, good to have an option to pay for early check-in, proximity to restaurants, no issues with parking, 15min walk to market. Building is not new but the facilities are well maintained and the room is kept modern. This felt like a modest hotel at first glance but overall it exceeded all our expecations and we had a wonderful stay.
