The staff where very helpful. Even offered to stay late for a check in.

The room did not feel the cleanist and was pretty run down. Fair bit of noise outside. Odd rim layout has a kitchen but your not allowed to cook.

The hotel has elevator. On 2nd floor is reception counter, water dispenser,. toilet, luggage storage area. Rooftop is nice with many chairs. It is like a studio apartment with everything in it (stove, cup, kettle, hair dryer, toilet slippers) but the washing machine is too big that caused the toilet door cannot open wide but that is fine. The locking system is good. There is a shoe rack. You should bring your own slippers. Have sufficient space for luggage and walking around within the unit. There is a laundry hanger. There are enough clothes hangers. Bed is big and comfortable for 1 person. Met 3 staff and they are all very helpful and courteous. Short walking distance to buses to different locations. There is a newly opened CU convenience store just next to the building on the right side. There are restaurants within walking distance once out of building on right side.

Pillow can be thicker. Should have clear instruction for heater temperature.

They have limited parking space but the staffs were kind enough to guide us on how to park on the roadside. We went back after 9PM and the parking already full. But we got a nearby roadside parking, its safe and you will not be compound for parking there. We arrived early and asked for early check-in but the staffs said additional charge is required. Lucky theres coffee shop nearby so we just hang out there before the check in time at 3PM.

Very comfortable stay in central Seogwipo. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Bottled water was provided upon check in and AC worked well. There are elevators/lifts which is convenient. Staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we met during our travels. Location is walkable to many restaurants and cafes. The rooftop was very cool. I would stay here again.

The bathroom could use a bit of an update. More hooks to hang towels and clothes.

Excellent location close to a lot of bus stops and walking distance from the market and many restaurants. Some rooms have a washing machine. There is a CU right next door for any emergencies.

Despite not opening the windows I had new mosquitoes every night. I’m not sure where they were coming from.

The staff was wonderful! They helped us so much in finding all the attractions we wanted to see. They also helped us when we were trying to use the kitchen. Extremely friendly staff! Also, this is one of the few hotels we could find that had 2 queen beds.

It was not anyone's fault, but there was mold in the shower area. This is common in South Korea. Just wanted to let others know in case they are allergic.

Amazing place that is conveniently located in the heart of Seogwipo with easy access to public transport. Room exceeded our expectations - spacious and exceptionally clean. Shower pressure was good, and beds were comfy. Amazingly, it had a washing machine within the room, which made it easy to do laundry (the hotel even lent us their drying rack). The hotel also had a rooftop which offers a stunning view of Seogwipo and the surrounding mountains. Best hotel ever!

Was very impressed by the size of the room. It was super clean and very well maintained, felt pretty new. We had a kitchenette in our room which was also spotless, a nice touch to have small counter area with small stove, sink, etc. In addition to this you can also use the huge communal kitchen to cook. Like the communal dining area (where we spent a lot of time working and hanging out), the hotel's roof terrace was very big. It also had a really lovely view of Hallasan! Staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel manager was also great! Location was ideal - right next door to arang joeul food street, walking distance to Olle Market and a lot of other nature attractions in Seogwipo. Would come back and stay longer next time.

Breakfast could have been a little better with some more basic options. The communal space closed a little early (10pm), it would have been nice to have it accessible for longer (even if just on the weekends) as such a great large place to socialise and play Go. Lastly on check-in it can be a bit confusing at the ground floor, as you enter the hotel via the car park with no clear signs that the reception is on the floor above. Lucky we caught the manager just at the right time!

Good location, central to many places. Walking distance is a food street and convenience store just downstairs. Check in staff were lovely.

Parking is really tight, then again seemed like a Jeju thing...all parking seemed tight! Like you can't get out of your car after parking tight. That said there was street parking if you went a few circles so no dramas.

room was spacious enough for our big luggages. room cleaning was done everyday complete with change of fresh towels and free bottled water. it has great view of Mt hallasan out of our windows.

car park is first come fist serve basis. if the property's carpark is full and so is the immediate external roadside carparks, you will need to park at a multistorey parking complex (not free) few streets away!
