Very good hotel ! I was a bit hesitant at first as some fellow travellers were harsh in the comments (supposedly small room etc. - I am pretty sure they also have bigger rooms for bigger budgets) but I found the hotel quite great for my trip. The room size is indicated on Booking's website when we make the reservation so I was aware of it and it did seem bigger than other hotels I saw on there that were much more horrifying price wise. It is well thought so I did not have any issues with feeling oppressed. The window also opens to let some air in so that is always a plus for me ! The bathroom is on the smaller side but features a real shower so no need to try to master the korean art of surviving a wet bathroom and is user friendly. The bed was comfy and the blinds did provide a good sleep quality so I was happy with that. Coming from Gimpo airport was also a breeze. Side note, I am more used to japanese hotels providing a microwave for guests but there is none in this hotel.

I had to deal with a persistent buzzing noise that came from the air circulation system (I am guessing). A bit bothersome to sleep unless you have some ear plugs. I was also a bit surprised by the apparent lack of ventilation in the bathroom. It did not bother me at all while travelling in early still cool May as I could air the room with the window but not sure how it would look like in the summer time. The localisation of the hotel is also quite far from the other side of the Han river. I could enjoy the beautiful Bongeunsa and the royal tombs park nearby but even going to the national museum ate up a bit of time. Keep that in mind when planning your trip. And beware of "local" trains on the line 9 ! Make sure to wait for the express ones when travelling a long distance.

Comfortable and conveniently located hotel for a short stay if you have business in Gangnam. The room was small but had everything a traveller needs for a short stay: comfortable bed, small fridge, good bathroom products, and water. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

On the third day of my stay there was a flood in my bathroom (water coming from the ceiling), but I was quickly relocated to another room. The rooftop bar is currently under renovation.

gym didn’t work

Really nice room layout (feels luxurious and comfortable, also adds privacy from corridor), huge walk-in shower separate from huge bathroom. Gorgeous decor (green velvet, brass, glass tiles…) Park views are very pleasant.

Power only on one side of the bed. Shower room could use a bit more furniture (shelf, clothes rack, or maybe just a chair).

I really liked my stay in Hotel Crescendo. I stayed in the smaller room which is ok for one person. The bed was very comfortable, nice shower. The staff at the reception speaks really good english which is unusual for Seoul. There’s a bus stop right in the front of the hotel, very convenient.

Great location, clean hotel.

Only be prepared that single room is very very tiny. But wasn't really a problem for me,but had trouble opening up my luggage,there was no space for it.

Location is good. Staffs are all nice, friendly, and very helpful especially the one who helped us change the room because the room we initially picked is too small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

strategic, calm & not busy location

The bed. I think there were some bed bugs under my sheet until I suffered from itchiness for several days. I felt slightly better a bit after I request the staff to change the bed sheet.

excellent location accessible by both subway and bus, staff very helpful, clean rooms and comfortable beds, delicious and filling breakfast served in a box with unlimited soup, bread, cereals, and coffee, location is central but quiet, all necessities provided

I liked how clean it was, the room was nice, the staff was friendly and the location was good (easy to get around).

More hangers needed but we made it work.
