The studio-apartment has really everything you need for a long weekend stay (or more). Fully equipped kitchen and even laundry machine. Excellent location as well. Small nice detail: about two years ago I stayed here as well and I was surprised to get a small hand-written 'welcome back' note at the check-in counter. Just a small sign they care about you.

Location was great!! Really close to subway 2nd line and 9th line. There were tons of good restaurants in walking distance and underground shopping mall which was connected with the hotel. Also there were so many good & famous bakerys in walking distance. The 2 bed room apartment was really spacious and it had 2 bathrooms!! The washer/dryer was really helpful after 2 weeks of traveling in southeast asia. My family really well rested and enjoyed our stay in Oakwood Coex center.

The only complaint was the chairs. Dining room chairs and the desk chairs cushions sagged and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, connecting to the Coex Mall and so many restaurants and shops. Also it was so easy access to 2 different subway lines. When we checked into our room, they have served us with hot tea in our room in beautiful teacup set. That really relaxed us after 16hours of flight from Atlanta. We had 2bedroom suite and Kitchen was very clean and had everything for a long term staying. The guest relation service was beyond my expectation, specially Lily Choi went out of her way to help us with many things. Thanks Lily Choi I will defiantly comeback to this hotel when I comeback to Korea

They speak English and are very professional! You can use your Wise card to pay too Absolutely lovely. Everything included as stated on the booking. I’d honestly go back again it was next to the station everything was very convenient. Just outside there is a 24/7 convenience store so if you are jet lagged and get hungry you can go there. Walk down and there are more shops and McDonald’s if you get hungry. We did upon arrival notice (when checking everything) that the previous people had broken the hinge of the door. But after speaking to the receptionist, people came to fix it! So it was perfect

We have stayed two weeks at the hotel. The room was a spacious and clean with a full kitchen and amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dean and Bella for accommodating and assisting me with any questions. I would highly recommend this place.

I have requested to extend our stay for one more week at the hotel. Unfortunately, the limited rooms were available and couldn't extended.

It was a fantastic experience. They have thought of all of the creature comforts we know of back home for a family of four. From washing machine and dryer, to even detergent. Full kitchen with silverwar, fridge, range, and oven. Parking was provided for in this gigantic megaplex. Direction was simple. We had 2 room suite with extra pullout bed. Room was clean, unlike other high end hotels, did not smell of cigarette. Staff was very courteous. The location was prime, as my family was able to travel to all of the well known places in GangNam and GangBook area with easy with driving or taxi service. The underground shopping and restaurants were abundant.

Carpet wasn't cleaned properly and had a couple of remnants from previous guests, staff advised and were offered to vacuum again or switch rooms. Couldn't be bothered to move as we already started to unpack etc but did let staff know so that they are aware of the situation. Also don't really care for the scent in the lobby to be honest. Bit too strong.

The location is fabulous. We were able to hit few touristy spots. The mall has limitless options for food. We always had breakfast there since everything opens after 10:30 am and it was fabulous. We got a 2 bedroom apt style room and it was so spacious and spotless. The beds were comfortable. Everyone was nice and courteous. I didn’t get to check out the gym, spa and swimming pool. I highly recommend this place.

Premium location , this is a prime location if you have conferences or meeting in the Kangnam district. and the fact that this is a serviced residence was a good point because we try to dine early and frugally in the evening

Parking for cars is rather tedious because of the hectic traffic around the hotel, and it was rather confusing in locating the entrance and exit. There should be more informative suggestions on the hotel website. Directions from the staff was vague at best.

In uniy washer/dryer was awesome. Bed was superb with firm mattresses unlike anything I’ve encountered. Also big refrigerator.

The shower/bathtub was hard to get into as it had thick side. Short person can slip trying to get in and out of shower/bathtub.
