first night the shower was clogged. At end of our stay we wanted a locker to keep our luggage as our flight was at 7 pm checkout was at 11 am but policy of hotel not allowed. But they allow us to leave luggage near lobby but open no room. I was required to pay the whole 5 days stay 5 days before arriving but when I arrived they insisted it’s not paid yet until I showed them confirmation from my bank that it has been paid .

Overall our stay is good. Hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and right next to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable although the rooms are small.

the aircon was centralized and set to very high temp. The weather was quite warm when we were there so we feel very hot in the room which makes it a bit uncomfortable. As the staff speaks limited english, we were not able to get much help from the hotel reception. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay with little service, then this hotel is ok.

Hotel was located near Myeongdong subway exit 5 & 6 (tip: use exit 7 which has escalators if you have big luggage. There is no lift.) Extremely convenient to travel around. There are restaurants, convenient shops and shopping malls within walking distance. Nice view of Namsan Seoul Tower. Room size should be sufficient & comfortable for 2. There is housekeeping everyday. Not sure if there is one every room, but there is a step down transformer in the room if you need one. There are self service lockers at 3rd floor for hotel guests to use (free for first 8 hours), convenient for storing your luggage after checking out so you can do last minute shopping.

Bathroom is small, can’t access the bathtub without closing door. Bathtub is mini. Hotel has a selection of international channels catering to different nationalities but there is no TV guide. Will be useful if there is just a simple list of TV channels available. Some reception staff are not fluent in English but they are willing to assist. Can’t control the temperature within the room even though there is a panel (centralised hearing/air-con). Room may get uncomfortably hot during midday when it is sunny. Personally was ok in early morning & night while I was there as it was still cold in late spring. Room I got faced a main street, can hear slight traffic noises from time to time. Can’t hear from the neighbouring rooms but sometimes can hear noises from the corridors.

Super location, nice rooms and clean

Couldn't have the room till 3pm :-( We.travelled all.night without sleep and were just exhausted when we arrived at the hotel at 10am...that was a looooong wait. Also, No breakfast available in hotel and no teabags in the bedrooms

I love the fact that the situation is really in front of Myeondong street where it’s so lively yet arent disrupting the occupants, and with pretty view overlooking the namsan cable car & seoul tower. we can also find many halal restaurants near the area within 3-10 mins walking though it’s only open at 10.30 am onwards. service is quick when requested to borrow the iron. It’s really a pleasant suprise that we were able to utilize the lockers for luggages storage while still touring around city after we have checked out. Room’s condition is a bit outdated however my kid really enjoyed bathing in the bath tub. The staffs are really accommodating & quite fluent in english.

I like everything about Migliore Hotel at Myeongdong Station. Very good location, direct bus stop from and to airport bus 6015 and underground fun shopping for winter clothes. We booked Premier Delux room for 3pax. Comfortable hotel room with everyday cleaning, bathrobes and bathtub, nice view and nice Neatles coffee with sugar. When asked for repair and service, they came within 15minutes and get things done. Great stay for 8Days and 7nights!

Central control Aircond cannot adjust or turn off the aircond but they provided a separate heater for us. We survived with our self bring charged hotpad with winter negative 15 degree Celsius.

Great Location☺️Myeongdong Subway Station exit 6 is in front of hotel and just a few steps to Myeongdong Market. We stay here 4 nights with N Seoul Tower view from our room.

Location is very comfortable, it’s in the center of the city, the Myeongdong subway is near. The rooms are quite clean, reception personnel is helpful. There is a Wowpass machine in the lobby, very convenient if you want to change money or get a transportation card.

My parents were here before the pandemic, and there was a very good restaurant and a small shop back then. Now all of this is closed, unfortunately. Table in the room is too small. Besides, in one of our rooms there wasn’t towel hanger in the bathroom.

I think the check in time is pretty late 15.00 and check out time is too early 11.00

Nice staff that in the daytime can speak fluent English. Got upgraded to a room with a great view. The location is very close to a train station.

The primary elevators stop working at night and I didn't know that so thought I was stuck on the 17th floor when I had to go to the airport at 5 am. Called the staff but the lady didn't speak English so wasn't much help. I found the other elevators and got out, but it was not a fun experience. Not a bad thing for the hotel but feel people should know. The train station's elevators don't work and have a lot of stairs. I came with 2 big baggages and had a hard time, so I caution to look up if this is still a problem or instead take a taxi.
