The hotel was nice and standard. We got what we paid for. The bathroom was very nice and so was the layout of the room. Would stay here again upon visiting Ulsan.

We couldn't work out how to control (turn down or turn off) the floor heating. Our room was uncomfortably hot and we arrived late so by time this was a problem there was nobody to help on reception. The only solution was turning on the AC to counteract the heat. I'm still curious to know how it could have been turned off! Sadly a waste of energy but the problem wasn't the end of the world. Also, the bidet functions on the toilet didn't work which was a shame.

We had brunch sets in the restaurant for about $20. The lady in charge was diligent and kind. Our brunch consisted of a plate of French toast with cream cheese and coffee and another plate of toast and sausage and scrambled eggs that both came with black coffee. We had thought it was a bit pricey but the taste was very delicious. We recommend trying it if you want to stay in the hotel to relax. The ambience of this place is lovely.

It was our first time there... but, upon arrival, the hotel front desk staff on duty at the time seemed irritated with my friend and me when we asked about the parking and when we were checking in. We tried to understand them as having a difficult day (as two of us had also worked as hotel staff in Jeju). However, I think she could have greeted us more kindly. The staff member at check out was kind with helping us check out and get our friend’s car from the parking structure from an automated machine. It is because of her that we felt better about the service. She smiled warmly and spoke in a sincere, friendly, and patient manner.

The view from the hotel was really cool, I had a corner room and really enjoyed watching the city panorama. Everything about the room was perfect, really clean and well equipped bathroom, bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Perfect location near City hall bus stop (almost every bus stops here), perfect connection for KTX trains.

I am a night owl, and on holidays I wake up late, therefore the cleaning lady always skipped my room.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out experience, clean restroom and easy access to public transport. There's also a cafe closeby with great coffee.

The room's carpet isn't enjoyable to step on, so wore shoes/slippers inside the room throughout my entire stay.

Did not have the breakfast. I was just passing through and needed a day to rest... what a great find. The hotel is right beside city hall, the neighborhood is quiet but plenty of restaurant options nearby. Super clean, same level as any other top notch hotel and at super value. Was planning a 1 night stay, but ended up spending 2 night there. Sent a package which was returned to the hotel after my departure, and staff was nice enough to resend it.

Great hotel with a nice room. There are a lot of little touches to make your stay more comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
