Staff were helpful and polite. The room had lots of amenities such as phone chargers and toiletries. The location is good. It was quiet at night.

The bed was hard as a rock! It’s actually a motel but that’s what I expected.

Our room smelled a bit like somebody smoked in it ( we were non smokers)

I liked the quick and convenient check-in and check-out. I like the large two-story space of my room, which included a hot tub.

I didn't like the smell of cigarettes and the hard mattress.

The bathtub could be filled because the lid to block the water didn't work. The full option toilet was not working so I had to find out how to flush manually without the staff telling me the problem in advance. Hope these things will be fixed in the future.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was useful. The staff was friendly.

There were many squished dead mosquitos left on the wall and ceiling. It would have been nice if it could have been cleaned beforehand. The room and a lot of the building had a strong smoke smell. There was no sofa in the room. The noise insulation wasn't great as I could hear what was going on in different rooms. A luggage room to store luggage before check-in would have been nice too. The cleaning by the edge of the bed could have been a bit more thorough.

We were expecting it to be a hotel, as the name of the place suggests, but it turned out to be a MOTEL. The bed was hard (it felt like a very cheap mattress) and we could see the paint on the ceiling was peeling off.. Smelled old and musty..and it looked like there was minimum cleaning done..so there won't be a second visit..

The room is well designed and has two chairs and a little table for eating. Free water available to stock your fridge. Nice big shower.

The room wasn’t cleaned well: a pubic hair on the shower wall, hair in the bath and crumbs left by the laptop. Also - the room facilities list Netflix as being available, but this is not the case. Also I had to stuff plastic into the plug of the bath to make sure the water stayed in. ALSO: if you’re a light sleeper don’t stay here. The light from the aircon is SO BRIGHT you could probably use it as a reading light.

I booked this hotel primarily for it's location. I signed up for a marathon in Ulsan, and I wanted to be able to walk to the starting area. The property was easy to reach by bus from Ulsan Station.

First off, my room stank of cigarette smoke. Not just the sleeping area but the bathroom as well. When I opened the windows for ventilation, a smell like raw sewage flooded in. The bed was covered with plush pillows, but the mattress was boxy, without any give. The toilet didn't appear to have a flush lever, though there were some strange buttons and switches on the side. After a great deal of experimentation, I learned how to "make it flush." The heat was turned on too high, so my sheets and pillow were covered in sweat. And worst of all, I was woken up by a call at 10:45 p.m. from the front desk woman. She'd told me to pay up front when I'd arrived. But now it came to light that I'd paid a month before. (Actually, I figured this out, not her, as she didn't seem to know what was going on.) I blame my disappointing result in the marathon on this horrible hotel experience.
