The location along the river and the price was fantastic, and the rooms were so well cleaned every day. The cleaning staff were the absolute best, so courteous polite and helpful. We would come back to our rooms after a long day to find everything immaculate and even the kids toys tucked into bed!

The front desk staff were absolutely appalling - our family was so hurt. They were annoyed by all our requests and either shot us down or ignored us when we started speaking English (our mother tongue) so we had to rely on our broken Korean to ask anything. They were very rude and spent all their time dealing with Korean customers on the phone rather than the in-person customers patiently and politely waiting for them on the other side of the front desk. It was the rudest hospitality experience we've had in Korea and we have lived here for 2 years.

The room was very comfortable and included a washing machine as well as a full size refrigerator. The view of the river & city was beautiful! The property stored our luggage for us until it was time to check in. There is also a small CU convenience store on-site and you can buy laundry detergent at the front desk.

The listing stated that the room would have a whirlpool/spa bathtub when we booked, but it actually had no tub, just a shower. Also, there was no drying rack or clothesline to dry clothes even though the room had a washer & no dryer. We hung things to dry in the closet with the doors open.

BUT your support was the best we had in South Korea so far. Even you helped us personally in finding a place to extend our SIM card for one month. WOW. Thank you very much for this special service.

The room had a laundry machine and a ceramic cooking possibility. But...... nothing to use for cooking. What surprise. But again. Hyeon Ji Woo helped us out. Super.

The property is just perfect for families. I traveled with my husband and my baby (11 months old), and there was literally everything we needed—refrigerator, sink, kettle, WASHING MACHINE, and plenty of space to organize all those baby stuff. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

Two things: 1. It was a bit uncomfortable to turn on the light in the bathroom because the controller is on the beside the bed. I kept forgetting and went to the bathroom and then go back to the bed area to turn on the lights, for like, 18 times. And I don’t know why but the bathroom lights kept going off after like 15 to 20 minutes. (Maybe it was to save energy, but with a baby, it was hard to make things fast.) 2. The power outlet on the desk did not work well.

As a foreigner travelling to Ulsan for work, this hotel is everything I ever want. Firstly, the room is fantastic, the room comes with a refrigerator, a freezer, rectangle dining table sufficient to sit with 4 person, working desk, washing machine, cooking hood, induction cooker & TV. The toilet is small but it is sufficient for one person, the amenities given are normal, but the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner & body lotion are AWESOME, they smell super good and it is nice to use. The location are good as well, it is near to bus station with 3 minutes of walking, the back of the hotel is Ulsan Youth street with lots of food & stores to walk with, the street is happening from morning till night and it is very safe as there will be police patrol from time to time. Closest known tourist spot is the Taehwagang Grand Park.

Only one of the reception girl aren't friendly throughout my 3D2N stay. The other two are great and perfect, would really like to treat them something because of their fantastic service, trying to communicate with me even though they can only speak minimal English. For breakfast, I don't recommend at all as they only serve very little food, and you have to cook your own eggs & bacon, they supplied oil and frying pan for self service. So just eat out as there are plenty of choice at the Ulsan Youth street.

The room was clean and just right for our stay. I liked that they have so many amenities inside the room - hot plate, microwave, washer, etc. - even though we ended up not needing them this time around. I would definitely consider staying here next time we're in Ulsan. The location is nice, close to lots of food and activities, and the view of the river is pretty. Ah, I can't forget to mention that parking is FREE and the parking garage is VERY COOLl!

As foreigners we were asked for our passports so the hotel could make copies. Since we live in Korea, we didn't have them with us but fortunately we had our ARCs. I don't mind that we had to provide IDs, just that we weren't told in advance. Also, I was surprised that if we wanted to check in an hour early, it would cost $10 per every hour prior to regular check-in. We ended up not needing it but just FYI.

The location was excellent, the rooms very nice and comfortable. The breakfast provided a good spread. The staff were very helpful. The kitchens in the rooms were well equipped with modern devices that worked well.

The downside of the kitchens in the rooms is that there were no pots, pans, plates or cutlery. I am therefore very uncertain how anyone could be expected to use the kitchens without bringing a lot of unexpected kitchenware with them. Maybe this is a cultural thing and South Koreans expect to have to bring their own plates and frying pans? If the hotel listing were to warn potential customers that they need to bring their own dishware etc. that would be helpful.

It was clean, the view was amazing, the staff were very friendly. No long waits for the elevator, great check out time. There was an issue with the parking, and we had to park at a public parking facility, a short walk away, but they paid for the parking.

Oh I love this place. I’ve come back multiple times since then. The moment I walked in, I wanted to live in this place forever. It has everything a long term guest could want and more. It’s also located in a nice little area with lots of restaurants.

Good location, a lot of options of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

There is a kitchen in the room, BUT you cannot use it! No utensils, nothing, asked reception they said we can’t use it. No sure why would you have a kitchen if no one is allowed to use it. We specifically booked this place because it had one, so we were quite disappointed.
