Lovely hotel, very welcoming staff, comfy beds; the breakfast was marvellous, and the dinner at the restaurant was also great. The TV included French channels, and the hot tub was very nice. Regarding the hotel's location, it is very close to the train station, which is very helpful. Altogether, a great experience!

Absence of a kettle; the room was a bit small; The parking (which costs 6 Euros a day) was not that close, and the key which was supposed to open its gates didn't work. The parking spots themselves are incredibly narrow. There are free parking spots in the surrounding area of the hotel which are better.

That's a standard hotel triple room with three twin beds. Average hotel services with decent price. And the location is good too.

Don't have special things that was not. The only thing it may improve was the address. It doesn't provide a real street address. It was hard for traveler to find it if you are using the google map. And there are bad labels on the building. Especially when you try to get there in the middle night :) Suggest the owner to post a gps location instead.

Despite a broken radiator overheating, the staff could not have been more helpful to offer another room. It is a smashing hotel which is so much bigger & more impressive than it appears on the outside. There is even a wee gym. The restaurant is very good & the staff are delightful.

Our room was too hot because the radiator was stuck on full heat. (However we were kindly offered another cooler room)

Clean hotel room, great for a one day stay, conveniently located near the train station. Room had a small fridge, hair dryer, and spacious bathroom with bidet. Radiator kept the temperature very comfortable. Staff was gracious to store our two bikes and luggage in the office for us. Room was quiet even though on a main road. Windows blocked out sound and curtains were dark.

Surprised that there were no mugs or hot water kettle.

I believe it was recently renovated and they did a great job, it is beautiful all new, the rooms are comfortable, they take cleanliness and disinfecting very seriously, you get everything you could possibly need in the room! the food was fantastic as well, I ate a few times during my stay and it was a pleasant surprise every time, the staff is very professional and attentive from the front desk, to the people I. the restaurant to housekeeping, I must mention that I was also very impressed with the great customer service, I will recommend and definitely will be back, thank you!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating at the hotel. The facility and breakfast are good.

The sauna was already fully booked. We got twin beds instead of the queen bed and room service forgot to clean our room. It can happen. But we were very satisfied with the service and value for money

MY wife has stayed there on previous trips and asked me to book it again. Assigned remove over pool and pumps. Noisy. Went to front desk. Told clerk. Oh, that must be 217 (or what ever number). Moved her immediately. Now that is how to look after your guest. Hope this individual gets pat on the back!

The staff was very nice and helpful. In general, good value for money.

As you can guess from the hotel’s name, it’s located on an avenue, so it’s quite noisy when you open the windows. Not that close to the historical centre as we expected: about 20-40 min walking. Also the room could be a bit bigger.

Good location as we took the train to move around Galicia

They gave us the last room of the building, we needed to walk a lot to reach it, I’ve never seen this that you need to walk soooo much turning right then left and then right and again left, like a labyrinth

Room was very warm - aircon not available but we could open the windows wide which was great. Would love to have more variety on the menu for dinner but food was good quality and breakfast was good.
