Large and funcional rooms, very good quality breakfast but unfriendly staff

Unfriendly staff. I was travelling with two old age persons with diabetes. They need always to carry with then their insuline in their personal refrigerated pouches. The staff kept telling them that no food should be stolen from the breakfast table and kept controlling their mouvements and their pouches . We had those remarks every day several time as at breakfast. In the evening we ordered a hot tea 30 minutes before the closing of the bar and we have been warned that we must clear the table in the following 20 minutes because they were closing.

Modern hotel with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing restaurant. We asked for two single beds due to health reasons and we're very satisfied with the size of the room. The 5-course menu at the restaurant was exceptional, - fresh, creative, of high quality and excellent value. Many choices at breakfast, including cooked to order dishes. I must mention the French-speaking blonde server who was very attentive and efficient. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Nothing really. Public parking may be difficult to find but we were lucky after 5 rounds on a Saturday night!

Very nice breakfast with a large availability window, perfect for both early starts and holiday lie ins. Also appreciated check out being at midday. Taxi rank right outside and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away for day tripping. Staff were always polite and friendly.

Unforuntaley our room smelt of cigarettes, despite us trying to keep the windows open when we could. The noise of the elevator was almost constant through the night which was disruptive. The roof top bar was not open for guest use. Instead it was hired out for a private party one night of our stay and the noise was ridiculous! Takes a solid 25 minutes to walk into the old town, often along busy roads if you want to get there directly. Which is fine as long as you're prepared for that and bring your comfy shoes.

The room was lovely and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was big, as well as clean, with a powerful shower but also a bathtub. I really appreciated that there was a refrigerator in the room. I also used the spa downstairs, which was heavenly.

The fitness room was very small and only had one treadmill (which was in use when I went), one cycle and a small selection of weights. I also couldn't use my key to get into the fitness room, I had to go downstairs to reception to ask for a different key card.

An awesome breakfast to start the day off good. Nice clean hotel with places to eat and drink close to it, receptionists were very helpful even gave us a map of the city and marked up places of interest and how to get around using public transport.

Room looked on to other rooms from a sort of courtyard and a noisy fan outside which could be heard when the window was open.

The service provided was extraordinary. The breakfast is high quality and delicious.

The only thing is that I would have preferred one story room or a room that didn't have the spiral stairs as it was a bit difficult to go up and down due to a sore knee.😁

Very friendly check in. Room was spotless and our suite had two bathrooms along with a balcony. We had a complementary bottle of cava and chocolates delivered which was a nice touch

The bar was a bit sterile but then again so are most hotel bars! Struggling to think of anything negative really 😄

Very nice and luxurious hotel. Nice modern rooms, huge bathroom, many amenities. Excellent, small spa area reasonably priced.

The only minor issue was that the variety of the salty options was limited in the breakfast buffet (no eggs, sausages etc). However there were many sweet options.

The rooms were really clean and modern. The staff was friendly and the location was good. We enjoyed the spa, and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel offers laundry and ironing services. However, it would be great if they had an iron for guests to borrow.

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The room although a little snug was comfortable and clean. It's a five min walk to the bus station and a laundrette. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. Taxi rank outside. Nice coffee shops/bars on the same street. There's an amazing restaurant nearby also. If we had stayed closer to the beaches we wouldn't have found it.

The room was on the smaller size.
