The room was pretty big and very clean, equipped with kettle and coffe/tea bags and water in the mini bar. the bed was super confy. The bathroom was big as well with a huge shower pretty satisfying. The location is amazing, right in front of riazor beach and few minutes walking from the city center, so close to bars/cafeterias/restaurants/etc but not so noisy in the night. Really nice stuff as well ready to help the customers at any hour

Unfortunately we got a room in the inside so no view of the beach for us, if we did it would be perfect! In any case it didn't influenced our lovely staying. It would be nice to have an ashtray close to the entrance, I loved the hotel to be 100% smoker free but sometimes people don't know where to throw the cigarettes so they put it in a pot close to the entrance or on the ground

The beach view from the room is to die for! Caught myself plenty of time just lost in that view! And the beach just across the street! Nice towels (and they did borrow towels for beach use!), nice water pressure in a nice bathroom (though it lacked a toilet brush...). Did I tell you about the view? Good breakfast, with plenty of options, an amazing bread! And do you know what also was amazing? The view!

The bed was a little hard for my taste, would take more time to get used to it. The pillows were also to soft (joke is on me that I did not ask for different ones!) The housekeeping was so so, ended up only cleaning the room once during the stay.

The view from the window of the room - the ocean was fantastic! I've never been in such hotel where from the bed I can see the ocean. The location was the best for the start of our day trip as plaza Pontevedra is behind the hotel. I like the cafeteria, where we could have a breakfast of our choice, paying only this. It is clean, I like the furniture - open wardrobe, convenient for use.

The decor is very nice, and the place feels super modern. Everything is rather new which is great. The hall area is great for working or waiting. The staff was very correct. The restaurant area is cosy.

I did really miss having a kettle, or would have appreciated a cotton pad when requested it in reception. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable one, too hard. Also the bed was narrow for my taste. The bedroom layout didn’t make much sense either. And would have like for them to replace the empty bottles of water from the first night to new ones on the second.

Our room was way above expectations. Very bright and airy with great views over the beach. It had a small lounge , two bathrooms and TV in both the bedroom and lounge. The location was great with most of the city within walking distance. There was a daily parking deal with a car park right next to the hotel.

There was no inclusive breakfast option.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many top attractions and with a beautiful view of the beach/sea. The room (standard double with sea view) was spacious, very clean, with a great bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable and we asked for more pillows (which we received within minutes).

The location is incredible, on the beach front and within walking distance of the city centre's key places. The hotel is very new and clean.

Shower gel and shampoo all in one is not really a 4 star hotel thing. I am happy to use refillable containers but these products are different and should not be meshed into one. Our room was an incredibly weird shape and the work area was not good at all, I had to sit on a stool crammed between the small desk and the bed, with no room to move.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the seafront. Parking is in a nearby underground car park; but you can pull up in the side street to drop off your cases. The room was very large with superb facilities; I cannot fault it. The sea view was stunning! The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of hot and cold food and beverages.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was great as well with a good shower. The location was amazing. Right across from the beach and a short walk to the city center.

Just a shelf in the bathroom to place bathroom items would be great. Minimal complaint.
