the whole experience was perfect, the apartment was next to the bus stop and close both to the beach and a beautiful hill (Monte de San Pedro); the staff was great, they were super friendly and available all day long: as soon as we needed an hairdryer (which wasn’t included in our booking reservation) they gave us one. 11/10 if it was possible.

Top location, a few minutes from beach. Bus stop, supermarket, bakers, laundrette bars etc all within a minutes walk. Most important Very Helpful staff , top class budget hotel.

Not a lot really, a quirky bathroom but it all worked perfectly well. Hotel could store more info on the location, but most people have smart phones anyway

the bathrooms were super quirky! definitely first time staying on a hotel where the bathrooms/ sink were in the closets but we thought it was fantastic! staff were super friendly it was close to the beach, super easy walk to tower of Hercules & we like strolling so a 20-30 minute walk to the city is perfect for us as it’s a better way to see the city (on foot) we loved it

Good location, comfortable room

Thin walls, noisy neighbours, strange nooses from the reception area in the middle of the night. The room was probably smooing room some years ago, because the furniture/ the room in general smelled like old smoke.

We stayed here for two nights before walking to Santiago on the Camino Ingles The hotel was about 5 mins walk from the front and 10-15 mins to the old town No breakfast but a good bakery/cafe 50m away on the corner of the street. Carmen was very good to us finding out information for us and sorting taxi for luggage on Easter Sunday when very few people were working

The room was a little small, other than that I liked the place and would gladly stay there again. One little thing if there wa a ketttle in the room for making tea or coffee then it would be near perfection. People and location are brilliant.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the shower/ toilet area were tiny.

Staff are very good. Very kind and we were sorry to leave.

Room was a little dark but not a big problem for us. Tea coffee making facilities would be nice.
