This hotel was a most pleasant surprise in a long time. Since it is located on the freeway and is quite cheap, I didn't have much expectations. But, it is actually very good. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean and have everything needed for a short stay. I had a room which was looking at the freeway, but with the windows closed it was very quiet. The food in the restaurant is very good, and they have a fully fenced and locked parking.

I spent the last 25 years mostly in 5+ star hotels, averaging 250+ nights a year. Now, due to some unforseen circumstances, I "had" to stay in this establishment, which I would normally not even consider. And, from the first moment, the staff and professionalism of everybody onsite surprised me greatly. I never expected so much professional courtesy, such a high degree of quality of service to the client from the onsite staff, and a hotel that is in such good condition for the price I paid. On average, I pay roughly 5-10 times the amount I paid here, and I'm starting to wonder why. While everybody is always trying to make things shiny, but behind the scenes, you find reduced end customer service quality (especially in the so-called 5+ star hotels), this tiny establishment kind of reminded me of what customer experience in hotel industry meant. This is coming from someone who is at an Ambassador level with Marriott, Platinum with Radisson, Gold with Hilton, and many other status levels for other establishments. If management reads this, please make sure to pass my gratitude to your professional staff. That's how you run a business, no matter how many stars you have. If I ever will be back in the region, this is where I will sleep.

There really is no healthy quality food available, although the burger sort of was ok. I didn't expect anything, so this is fine. Other than that, the window was sort of half unhinged, and it was rather dangerous to open it; since at any given moment, one could get the feeling that the window fully unhinges. It's probably easy to fix, but I'd do it. Mine was room 203.

Check in perfect as usual (stayed here 5 times before), very friendly and accommodating young man at reception, a real asset for this hotel. Extremely comfortable beds and excellent shower. The food is great whatever you want from hot sandwiches to breakfast to burgers, very friendly woman in the restaurant. Always look forward to coming back here on our further journeys through Spain, thank you.

Excellent value for money and accpets dogs for an additional 10 euros a night. It is right on the motorway, so easy to find and no time wasted getting on and off the road. It is clean, with good beds and reading lights, decent shower,and fast wifi. It also has secure parking. We have used this place several times

Last time we visited it was unseasonably hot so we needed to sleep with wondows open which was a bit noisy, but not so that we could not sleep.

Great stop on the way to Almeria. Very friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room. We ate in the restaurant, the ribs in BBQ sauce were delicious, my partner enjoyed the paella. There is so much to choose from; baguettes, salads, desserts, there was also a menu for main meals. Couldn't fault anything, there was even a secure car park for hotel guests. Really good value.

We used the secure parking which worked well. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. Our dogs were given treats!!

We were rather disappointed with the lack of choice of food in the restaurant/shop. There was an unpleasant smell of drains in the reception and on the stairs.

The location is not convenient for reaching Valencia center as you have to travel 16km more to turn back. The breakfast options were poor.

The hotel is just off the motorway, and the rooms are soundproof. Our room was very clean, nice, and comfortable, perfect shower/bathroom. We slept very well. The food was good, they are dog friendly and also provide secure parking. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again.

We've stayed here four times now and will continue to stay here every time we drive through Spain. The young man at reception, who we remember from previous visits, is a credit to this hotel. He is friendly, his English is pretty good and he is caring. My mum is disabled so when we checked in he offered a different room which was next door to the lift and very easy for my mum to move around in the room. Thank you so much. There is private, secure parking next to the hotel and it is very easy to find as it's on the main motorway. The rooms are spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and shower is very good but do be careful as the shower floor can get slippy. The hot food at the services are good if the women are cooking and serving, but it's really not very good when the men do it as the food is not cooked properly and is tasteless.

Nothing, it was excellent.

Good location,just off the motorway, very secure parking.Chap on reception gave us a couple of coffee pods for the machine in the room.Also bag of dog treats for our dog.

Had to eat and drink in a dirty outside area due to our dog.We travel around Spain quite a bit, usually we are allowed in the bar area, but not here.
