The room and bathroom was very clean and larger than expected. The bed sturdy but comfortable, THe airconditionng working very well. The receptionists always very accomodating and friendly. Although the train station of Alfafar is 25 minutes walking from the hotel, we often made that walk, as the train goes directly into Valencia Nord station. Taxis take you for about 13 euro into down town Valencia. extra Towels were always available to use at the pool or at the beach. Late check in was available at the Albufera hotel accross the street. There are some good restaurants in the area, that is a bit industrial/commercial zone. A large Lidl supermarket is around the corner for groceries to provide meals 'at home'.

we used the kitchen regularly for small breakfast, coffee and tea breaks. It was not stocked with any food items that might have been left by other people before. Also if you needed extra utensils, that could be picked up at the reception desk. breaking or losing kitchen items would be 'fined' with extreme high prices. You have to clean the kitchen yourself before you leave, however there is not really any cleaning products provided to do so.

Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choices and the staff were helpful. Swimming pool was good and there were plenty sun loungers. The gym was nice and air conditioned. Plenty of parking both underneath the hotel and beside it. All rooms were large and cleaned every 3 days. Although no kettle in the kitchen you can rent one from reception for a refundable deposit of €10. Excellent air conditioning whilst the Cerberus heatwave was happening.

Due to the length of our stay (10 days) we identified on a couple of occasions kids using the facilities, ie the pool and the gym, who did not have adults with them. We suspected they were local kids. On one occasion we had to advise reception as there was a risk to their safety in the gym (they looked age 8 or 9) The guy on reception swiftly dealt with this.

The hotel has a free underground parking. The reception staff were very very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom). The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It was also very clean. The rooms are well insulated from the highway noise. The AC was very efficient and quiet.

Breakfast is served in the hotel across the street (part of the same group). Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very reasonably priced and varied. However, I wish it was a bit more expensive and more attention devoted to the quality of ingredients.

we paid the same amount but breakfast on Saturday and Sunday are better 🙄, pool and breakfast were not available at the apart hotel and we had to use it at the hotel across the street, I thought that was bad, if they had warned us we would have canceled the reservation ….

Large room (it's almost like a small apartment, with bedroom separated from the kitchen and living room area), tons of parking space (all free, both outside and underground), the room is actually pretty quiet (even considering that it's right next to a busy highway), but you have to keep windows closed. A/C works well. There are several OK restaurants/buffets very close to the hotel and also plenty of shopping within walking distance.

Wi-Fi was spotty, but it was OK for the most part.

The staff were very unpolite. The only nice one was the guy from britain/ Spain. None of the other staff smiled or greeted us when arrival. Bad reputation for a very nice place

The two bedroom apartment is spacious and good value. The aparthotel is generally quiet. Staff are helpful. A car is needed to get into Valencia town but it is not far. There is public transport available. It is a short drive to a good beach.

Very roomy, kitchen was well equipped. Quiet at night, smart tv, sofa+table+desk Outlet malls, supermarket, restaurants in walking distance. Big windows with city views, good sunlight and ventilation.

I didn't get the impression that it was very clean as a 4 star hotel. Dust in corners and the vent, kitchen area was quite sticky, and the freezer had leftover ice cream.. Wifi is kinda slow. Had to use data to hook up smart tv. If you don't have a car, it's a bit hard to come and go from the city center.

Loved the pool, very spacious rooms, great amenities nearby (Lidl, some great value restaurants), free underground parking with no faffing about with tickets etc.

Would have liked salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen, and the launderette didn't work on the day when I needed it; reception was a bit clueless as to why and kept giving me misleading information.

Huge appartment with a kitchen, the roof-top swimming pool (though it's very noisy there from the adjacent highway), laundromat. One can borrow a moka pot and other things. Just a note: You definitely need a car if you're staying in this hotel.

The breakfast was below average. No scrambled eggs, warm buffet not warm and not tasty, dried off vegetables, no yogurt, the very same food every day, just tiny cups for tea etc. We were quite disappointed and would not pay for it again, or at least not for the whole stay. The staff was very nice, though. The hotel and area is quite noisy, but I guess that will be the same with most hotels in Valencia. The wifi did not have even the slightest security measures, so my phone didn't even connect to it.
