It’s a charming clean little hotel. It didn’t have a lot, and the weather didn’t help, but overall quite charming. It was near many restaurants and supermarkets, so it was easy to get things that you needed in case you forgot anything to bring with you, or go to famous restaurant chains. There was also a small mall next door, with a cinema and an arcade.

It was a bit misleading. It stated that it had an indoor swimming pool, but what it really was an outdoor swimming pool with a plastic cover that they didn’t put to work on the day we arrived (which was raining). We also found a cockroach inside the hotel room where we stayed. It didn’t bother us much, but maybe the hotel staff should take care that it doesn’t happen again to other guests. Also the location was a bit inconvenient since there were not many modes of transportation near with convenient times, and we had to book taxis a few times just to save time.

Rooms are very comfortable and have a big terrace where you can enjoy the sun or the evening breeze. The best thing is the direct access to the beach, a few minutes away just over a dune with a wooden path. The buffet was very good, with enough variety to cater for most tastes, fresh fish, veggies, meat options, paella... Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchenette in the room.

Rooms are spread out in different dark pink buildings around the flower-shaped swimming pool. Nothing wrong with this. It is just not a very pretty hotel, but comfortable. Parking should be free for hotel guests.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was professional and welcoming at all times.

The hotel is located in Alfafara, an industrial area of Valencia, and is surrounded by many commercial activities, like gyms, outlets and restaurants. However it was not very comfortable travelling back and forth from the cit if you're staying only a few days to visit Valencia. You need to take trains and buses, which are usually 40-50 minutes route from the hotel, but during a night out in the city centre you need to rely on taxis and private fares.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes drive to Valencia city centre. The room was very comfortable and air-conditioning was great. The staff in the hotel was very attentive, special thanks to Isabella from the food and beverage team for making our experience so enjoyable. The housekeeping team was very efficient with the turndown service and reception and nights team were always helpful with ordering taxis and requests for the room. A big thank you to the Hotel Albufera team!

We loved this hotel, super clean and to our needs very well located. Upon your arrival, you will realize that the staff is very professional. Also, you will find lots of shops right next door. You can find everything you need. The room was awesome, big size, huge bed, and the bathroom were perfect. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and delicious. The hotel provides a free parking lot which for us was totally convenient. A short 10 minutes drive will connect you to the city. We'd definitely stay again and we strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

Spacious room and bathroom. There is a small fridge in the room. WiFi was working well and was fast. Plenty of shopping options around. Free garage parking if you have your own car. Renfe Cercanias station is within a 20 minute walk, from there the city centre is only a 10 minute train ride.

Breakfast is a bit expensive, so we did not take this opportunity. With open window the room is a bit noisy from the passing motorway, however with closed window the noise is not noticeable. The nearest train station is a bit far, it is not a huge problem if you like walking.

Clean accommodation, kind staff, great location. Our factory is close, so this was huge advantage. Valencia old town very close, and beach down there is just 10 minutes ride. Cushions were just I like, new and very comfortable.

Room has to be repaired, wooden items need to be refurbished as this is 4 star hotel. Mattresses needs to be changed in the room where I stayed.

Room a decent size ( given a disabled room which we did not need or ask for). Good size bathroom and very good shower.Good A/c. Swimming pool (a touch small but ok) but loses the sun in the afternood. Breakfast -reasonable range on offer but just ok really. Reception helpful. Various eateries nearby...best is Neco buffet very near.

Odd commercial area ( Sofaland). View of main road although noise very much reduced by dg. Evening meal not great although serving staff worked well

Food was plentiful and nice but we would have preferred more typical Spanish dishes. The amenities were great, pool, gym, sauna and also paddle court with rackets etc available at reception, no extra charge. The staff were very good at looking after us, calling taxis etc which came almost immediately.

A little more typical Spanish dishes for dinner, the extra triple bed for our room wasn't as comfortable as the others.

Great personal. Big room, big bed, everything clean and working great. Great breakfast too. For dinner, there is a great Italian restaurant near by (much better than expected). Secured parking garage inside hotel.

Location is not attractive and far from the center. The hotel is reaching an age for renovation : the indoors pool was closed (being renovated).
