Property is well located, close to most of the attractions you may want to visit in Aranjuez. They also reccomend a lovely restaurant called La Rana Verde which is by the river, a few minutes away from the Hotel, its a lovely place to chill and escape from the heat. The room was very small, but very cute and they somehow they managed to fit in a desk at the end of the bed. I have a soft spot for cute rooms with character, so this wasn't a problem but it would have been for travelling with someone or travelling for work. I had not seen rooms that small on the site. Despite the size, the room had everything you'd need, including a safe, a workspace, a tv and a bathroom. The reception area is one you'd expect from a good hotel, 24 hr service by professionals that treat you propperly (not just night staff as in other 'hotels' in Aranjuez, or very moody personel). Word of advice, if travelling on a budget, do prefer Hotel Jardin de Aranjuez over others such as Hotel Real Aranjuez which can be very informal and with temperamental if not abusive staff. In my case, I gave things like 'respect' and 'good treatment' for granted in most hotels, this may not be the case here specially if you're foreign. Hotel Jardin de Aranjuez had trained, polite and most of all professional staff which will assist you properly and safely. As a solo female traveller these things are very important.

The room was much smaller than expected. If the curtains were open people look straight into your room when comming out of the lift and towards their room, I would have liked to have been warned!

Good location. Large room. Would be nice to have chairs on balcony so you can enjoy the street scene. Breakfast is really good And service in breakfast room is exceptional. Jesus at front desk was very helpful with info on restaurants and offered to get reservations for us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only downfall was the bath. Very large bathroom. Tub is jetted which I know many people love, but not great for older people. There are no hand bars or rubber mats for tub floor which can get slick. Trying to get out of tub which is also the shower was not comfortable.

A good value option in Aranjuez. The breakfast was great value and the waiter super nice. The room was adequate, could do with updating, very dark walls and furniture. I saw that they were in the process of doing that

I booked a twin room and was given a double without any explanation. I should have said something immediately, but was too tired at that stage. The hotel did not appear to be full so I am unsure as to why I was not provided with the room type I reserved.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the palace. Beautiful surroundings, close to the bus stop and train station. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. The service was very helpful and friendly, but the biggest plus was the rich and delicious breakfast.

Every time I returned to the room in the evening, the air conditioning was on, although I left it off on purpose. The temperature was too low for me.

The whole place was spotless, the room large and comfortable, breakfast was included in the price and was very good, staff were very friendly especially the young lad on reception. An extra bonus was the location, across the road from Jardín del Principe and an easy walk to the centre and the Palacio Real.

Location just perfect, central, close to train station, the palace and restaurants. Good and tasty breakfast and kind staff. Comfy bed!

Very small room with a view of very tiny inner garden and a wall. Water in the shower was burning hot at first. Thin walls, could hear everything.

Situated in the heart of the town. Although no on site parking there was parking available on the side street outside the hotel which was very convenient. Plenty of tapas bars and restaurants within walkikng distance. We were only there for one night but there would have been plenty to do if staying longer

The cleanliness of the property and the facilities. We didn’t expect it to be 5 star but it is a lovely central Spanish hotel. The breakfast was a bonus as it was typically Spanish but plentiful. We highly recommend this hotel .

Very good breakfast included. Good value overall for the price. Easy parking right by hotel. Comfy large bed. Quiet.

Could do with fresh grouting in bathroom as it's very unsightly. Although clean bathroom needs attention.

Really a great option for a couple of nights in Aranjuez. Fantastic location for the gardens. We got a parking space right outside. Staff really helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
