Everything was clean, comfy

I think there should be a small broomstick in the apartment because when we came back from beach we made quite a lot of sand on the floor and we needed to wait till next morning when they clean it. and a small carpet in the bathroom because when you shower there is a lot of water on the floor.

Central location. Comfortable and clean Good value for money V good standard 2 bedroom apartment. Great bath and shower.

Kitchenette does not have toaster The room safe didn't work

The room is very nice modern and fresh. The apartment is very bright - every bedroom had a proper window which is not common in Spain. The hotel has been freshly done and the decor is nice. The breakfest is very good and worth the price.. location is very good

Poor organization in the hotel. There was only 1 person at the reception responsible for nearly everything. When we were checking out there was a huge amount if people waiting in the que because the person was checking in and checking out, taking the luggage and checking the rooms and taking the guarantrees etc. There should be more personel to help. All the rest is really excellent

First of all, the very nice and helpful young gentelmen at the reception. We had a medical issue, and he proved to be helpful and proactive. Thank you! Also, a very professional at the bar. Second of all, quite a good location: easy access to metro and buses, supermarkets, bars; yet, not in a noisy area (the expepction was one weekend night when the neighbors had a party, but even that, they put the music down before the midnight). In general, it is quiet. Lastly, the apartment had all you need for a few days in the kitchen.

I do believe that the price is too high, but to be fair, it refers to accommodation in Barcelona in lasts years. Completely overpriced. Also, there was one thing missing in our apartment that we got when the person at the reception changed (misinformed by the first one). The room was quite dark. In general, a positive vibe.

The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent connections with public transportation. The apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen is a bit small but did not intend to cook. Bars and supermarkets very close.

The apartment was very dark. And it is quite loud from via Augusta. Additionally there were constructions going on right in front of the hotel - but that is just temporarily. Deposit was to be given in cash which I found very strange. And the lady at check-in was not friendly she jept speaking English with me although I speak Spanish. At the check out she was more friendly

I liked the location, there are several metro and bus stations around, 1 min to 15min walking. The balcony of the apartment 801 was awesome to relax after a day walking in the city. Clean towels every day and polite stuff (except one guy). Great Gin and Tonics

A guy in reception never never raised his head to see us, never talked, didn’t even say a “hola”. I didn’t like the menu (missing tapas, children menu and European cuisine). Also there was no socializing space, except for the bar and the tables outside where too squeezed. Maybe due to the fact that it’s more an apparent hotel with families or elder people. I missed the translated into English menu. A broken window cover never fixed during to our 10 days visit.

The hotel is absolutely perfect for a small group or family stay. The area is good and the apartment we had was spacious and spotless. Linen was serviced daily. You are expected to do your own dishes which is fair. The kitchen is fully kitted out and the bathroom even had full soap and shampoo dispensers, unlike other places we stayed. There is a restaurant downstairs, but there are two excellent pastry shops on the block for breakfast and several good tapas bars and smalll restaurants within easy strolling distance. The Molina metro station is at the top of the block and the line takes you to both Diagonal and Catalunya stations where you can link to pretty much anywhere.. Clean, convenient and cost effective with very helpful staff.

Very good location - very close to the convenience store and metro station. We were spending more time outside but I can say for sure that the apartment was big and comfy. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Even if we had small confusion with the room at the beginning (we got the wrong room), they found the solution very quickly. At the first day we ordered the breakfast which was good.

The neighbourhood was quiet in general but during our stay was road constructions in front of building which were a little noisy.

The apartment in the hotel was very convenient. We stayed 2 nights with our 3 kids. The location was great, not in the center but very close by public transport to anywhere. The apartment looked new and the facilities were good. We stayed at the delux apartment that comes with a huge porch. Defiantly worth the cost!

The bathroom didn’t close, I hope they will fix it soon.

Location was great!! Room and facilities are also good, even for a longer stay (we stayed 10 days). The aparthotel also provided everything we need, and generally the staff were very nice and helpful whenever we need help.

During our stay, it happened 3-4 times that we were called by the receptionist about an issue with payment or regarding our stays, but it turned out they called the wrong room number. This was a bit annoying, though after explaining it's solved immediately - so there must be some miscommunication between the staff. The internet connection was not always great, however we were out most of the time hence was not such a big issue. Also the internet connection at the cafe was fine, so we were there most of the time.
