Clean room, comfortable bed, fully supplied kitchenette wit small deck and table, friendly staff.. Elevator success

Could hear some noise from other rooms, even coffee is charged for.

I have stayed a few times now and like the size of the room which has a nice area to work from as well as good basic kitchen facilities. The location is pretty good with the nearest train about a 5 min walk away. Mots of the staff are really nice and helpful, including the guy with a beard, the guy with long hair in a pony tail and the young girl with dark hair.

I could hear the couple in the next room making out and one staff member in reception, the lady with fair hair, was a bit rude when I asked if they had any spare desk that they could put in my room. She told me that they weren't a furniture shop, which was unnecessary.

Very good location, 20 min walk to the Catalunya square, 3 min walk to the nearest bus an metro stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Grocery stores/market - 2 min walk. The property is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioner works perfect - despite the outside temperature +34C, the inside climate was very comfortable during our stay. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's an apartment with the kitchen, so we'd expect more kitchenware. But it was equipped with very basic stuff only. More or less good if you have a short stay, and don't plan to cook anything more complex than an eggs for a breakfast.

Good location. Some noise but not too noisy. Decent sized elevators for a small European hotel. Good sized room. Fridge, glasses and dishes, sink, microwave so we could eat breakfast in. Good grocery store on next block. Little balcony to sit on was nice.

Half the walls in the room were black. Could have felt so much more airy if they were all white. Had to ask twice to get dish washing materials. Had to fill tub with shower if you wanted a bath. Switch for faucet was broken, never got fixed. None of these felt too major though. We would stay again.

Location - walking distance from most attractions. The size of the room was very good with a little balcony. All the staff members at the reception were extremly helpful and friendly. Some of the cleaning staff were amazing at cleaning and went extra mile. Comfortable bed and shower. Little kitchenette.

The repairs were ongoing and we were not informed beforhand though hotel staff have apologized and the construction noise was only during working hours so it was quite ok. The soundproofing is not enough for the noises coming from the other rooms - could hear nearly everything my neighbours did.

We liked the location. Place was clean and comfy. Personel was helpful and responsive. Really liked the beds.

Apartment was dated- freezer was broken, furnitures were damaged, safe did not work. Bathroom facet when used was causing floods. We could clearly hear our neighbours. We were also missing some kitchen basics like choping board or bread knife.

The hotel is amazing. The room is big, clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location is great as well, near metro, bus stations, restaurants, coffee shops. Staff is also very friendly.

My only concern is that the bed is made up of two single beds and it spreads apart easily, leaving a hole in the middle. Other than this, the place is flawless.

The room was very comfortable and it was a double bed as we requested. The staff is very helpful and willing to fulfill all our requests. The Location is also nice, not too far from center and in a very quiet neighborhood in where many cafes, super market and the metro/bus is within short walking distance. I would definetely recommend it.

In general everything was ok. I would like though for the room to have an extra larger bin and not only the small one in the bathroom. There was some noise occasionaly from the other rooms, so the sound proof could be better.

I liked that parking was onsite (still a fee) this meant that when checking out but flying later we could load the bags in the car instead of having the front desk hold them, Location was about a 34 minut walk to the Gaudi Cathedral but shopping opportunity is dispersed across several areas as are restaurants.

That's a hard question, I guess one thing to mention is the terrace is small so in social media I did call it a terrace'cito (just barely room for two chairs and table) but it was still nice to have one, and enjoy some coffee in the morning air.

- Metro stop 3-4 min away - Huge room - I did not know there would be a kitchenette (didn't focus on the photos/description) so that was a nice surprise - Quiet neighbourhood - my windows were facing the street - Nice, ample selection of breakfast - Late checkout was available (1PM) - Friendly staff

- Bed was not comfy at all. I booked a double bed, but it was just two weird beds pushed together. The beds kept moving on the floor so i practically had to still sleep on one side of the bed
