Location is great! Room is a pretty good size, with a big bathroom, closet area, a mini fridge, smart TV, and blackout curtains. We requested two twin beds, which were comfortable for the most part. AC is functional and worked great! Elevator is big enough to fit luggage too! They have filtered water available downstairs to refill your water bottles!

I am a very light sleeper, and the room was next to the alley way. I could hear garbage trucks at night, people chatting in the alleyway. It was very noisy, which means that windows are not properly insulated. My sister on the other hand had no trouble sleeping. The mini fridge froze all our food :( No AC in the hallways, it could get pretty hot and humid. The elevator got stuck and kept stopping on the third floor, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The location was excelent, and despite the fact that it is located right next to La Rambla/Gothic Barrio, the sound isolation of the windows was great! The room was really clean, comfortable and all the facilities a traveller could need (towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, iron, hair drier) and the personal was impeccable, kind and really helpful. I didn't have the opportunity of having the breakfast there, but similiar to the rooms, the pictures they have on their website of the food correspond 100% to the reality! It really did look delicious!

felt very new and clean. my room was incredibly spacious, with a lot of room for luggage storage, a huge bathroom with shower, beautiful and clean facilities, a large and spacious bed + a lift too! the customer service was great and breakfast was included here too. the location is just hidden away from the main strip, I would 10/10 stay here for my next travel to Barcelona :)

The property is located in walking distance to the Rambla with tons of restaurants + shops. The place has a cafe downstairs and is well maintained. The rooms are cosy and has all basic amenities such as fridge and coffee / tea making facilities. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I will definitely stay again as it was comfortable and great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

The room was clean, simple, remodeled, with all the basics you need. The location is great since it is close to most places you want to see in Barcelona. The cafeteria staff were just great: Christian, Maite, Celeste, Samira... I felt like home. If your reservation includes breakfast, they have a variety of choices.

I can suggest including a chair in the room.

I had an AWESOME experience in Twenty by Pillow hotel. The location is great, you can walk to nearby touristic places if you love so like me or take the metro which is very close. You can also find many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are super nice and super helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable and has what you need for your stay. I highly recommend 👌

The rooms were very clean, Modern furniture and a really good and clean bathroom. The location is perfect and few steps walk to La Ramblas street. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even share a list of what to do in Barcelona upon arrival.

If you stay at the first floor, actually is half underground. You will not have any views from your small window.

Great location, easy check in/check out, comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were both large. Loved our stay here! The room was so quiet for being in such a busy area.
