the location in the Gothic Quarter is fantastic. It’s right in the midst of all of the shops and restaurants, yet high enough that your away from the noise. the staff is excellent and helpful. They arranged dinner and a cab for us. very kind and attentive. The room was very, very clean and super comfortable. it was small, but had every amenity and comfort. Honestly, they did a great job. It’s just lovely.

We had a difficult time finding the location initially. Once we figured out the location it was not a problem. The walls are thin and if other guests are loud in the halls, they can be heard easily.

While my room's balcony didn't offer a scenic view, I didn't mind at all because it was my first time in Barcelona, and I spent the entire day exploring the city. There was so much to see and do that the view from the balcony became inconsequential.

Really beautiful hotel in the Gothic Quarter, close to tourist attractions and shopping. Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet. Decor is very tasteful and bathroom is amazing (great shower amenities too). Staff was very friendly.

Only issue was that the room (#4) was exceptionally small - just the bed with some space to walk around it and a (nice) bathroom. Probably not suitable for people staying a long time / with large suitcases, which the room probably can’t fit. I stayed for a weekend with just carry-on so was fine.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Felt like a 5 star accommodation once we entered the hotel lobby from the lift. My friends and I were a bit leary about booking in the Gothic Quarter, but it turned out to be the best location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Definitely book this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in booking taxis and reservations. I'd 100% book again!

The hotel was in an excellent area near good restaurants but away from too much noise. The bed was very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities in the room were great. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Great for couples. We didn't book the breakfast but decided to eat out and there was lots of little patisseries to choose from and they were half the price.

We had no view from our window other than a very small courtyard with other tall properties.

My issues are with the listing rather than the property. The hotel is very difficult to find, on the 2nd floor of a galleria (mall). The closest parking is 0.4 miles away (you also cannot drive up to the hotel), and none of this is stated in the listing making the whole process confusing and frustrating. Had the listing had clear directions re:driving/parking and finding and accessing the hotel, it would be perfect. However 90 minutes trying to navigate was very frustrating. One other minor nit is that Netflix (or any streaming services) isn’t available. The listing should be updated.

Great location . Welcoming and helpful staff .very modern design

-Rooms are quite small ,no place to put the bags . -Walls are quite thin, u can hear people when walking and talking in the corridor -Location is quite good yet reaching it is very tricky as the mall where the hotel is in has many entrances and no clear signs on the entrance indicating the presence of a hotel . There is no sign showing " MALDA SINGULAR HOTEL" ,only one sign indicating "COOLROOMS "which was also confusing

Very nice location. Super central but also very quiet for being inside the city. The design is beautiful and the rooms are pretty spacious.

The room was different from the one I booked. The bathroom was missing a number of things and at least shelf to put our stuff. Getting the correct invoice was a bit complicated.

We were not informed that we needed a code to get into the elevator and go up to the reception, and the phone of the hotel was not working when we got there. So we had to look around for a long time and then found a second phone number that worked finally.
