Very good location. In the middle of the gothic quarter. 20 mins walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There's a concierge room in case you want to leave your luggage until the check in or after the check out. Breakfast is good quality - price ratio (8 euros)

No refrigerator in the room - there's a refrigerator on the hallway on every floor. No toilet brush. The room could use a little refreshment.

Big room especially for Europe. The surprise of having 4 French balconies around the room was really nice, with views of the Gothic Quarter. Love the vibe of the rooftop terrasse playing millenial music, and watching the sunset and the view. Really great for a 3 star hotel. Big breakfast dining room, lots of options, didn't have to buy breakfast or lunch so it was worth it. This was better than some 4 stars I've stayed in.

Some Noise at night from outside due to the pub down on the street at back of building but that's not the hotels fault. Perhaps putting in soundproof glass would help with that.

Hotel is in the perfect location to explore Barcelona, it has the marina, beach, park, museums, zoo, and train station all within a 5 mins walk. Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops all around us too so we never needed to use breakfast in the hotel. Staff were friendly and our room was cleaned every day, not that it was necessary but it was nice to come back to in the evening. It was the perfect base for our long weekend and we would definitely book it again.

Our room was smaller than some and only had one small window facing a wall of the hotel, so there wasnt much natural light. This didn't matter too much to us as we didn't sit in the room, but I think the photos online only show rooms with bigger windows and views. Our room was also very warm at night as the air conditioning didn't work, it was March and surprisingly warm so we would have used it, I imagine in the summer you really wouldn't be able to sleep with the heat, we had two rooms and both had the same issue. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either when using the shower.

The location is very good, especially if you want to go out in the night. The Born quarter is not far away, from there you have a lot of Restaurants, Tapas & Cocktail bars. During the day you can reach any place quite quickly on foot or with the metro. The quarter is only authorized for people leaving there, deliveries and taxies. So there isn't much car traffic in the evening.

The roof top has a nice bar, however the breakfast could be better and better coffee. If you stay on a warm time period, you maybe enjoy more sitting on a terrace nearby and a small brunch. The swimming pool is a lot smaller than what it appears.

We have stayed here 5 times now over many years. There are some rooms that are smaller than others but if you get lucky and get a corner room then it has more space and wonderful views. We had two balconies, one looking up the main street, and one on the side looking at a building. The room is basic and clean and bright. It has a television, though we never watched it and a lot of cupboard space. The bathroom is a decent size and the shower has great power and is really big. The pool upstairs is small but is a lovely place to sit and read or even take a coffee up in the morning. There is a bar with very friendly staff and lots of places to sit either at tables or sunloungers, in the sun or in the shade. The hotel is in a great location, right in El Born. Easy to walk to the beach, the zoo (if that is your thing), a big park, lots of buses, bars and restaurants. We found the hotel staff just lovely. The reception staff were friendly as were the people cleaning the rooms and the bar staff. We will definitely stay again.

It is not the quietest street late at night. This is not the hotel's fault though. If you are British, you will be disappointed there isn't a kettle.

The location is perfect! The room was big and extremely clean, super comfy bed and nice terrace. As the room was ready they let me in so that was nice. My room was inside so very dark, however I was barely there so for one night was ok. Reception people was kind most of the time.

Cleaning Staff is extremely noisy in the mornings, chatting out loud, making jokes and destroying rooms to clean them, I understand is a hard job but I book this room just to rest. Having in mind check out is at 12 they should receive the feedback and improve. The rooms can have food smell due to the building being next to houses and kitchens, however the rooms were very clean.

The hotel has very clean rooms, I have requested a quiet room as this hotel is on a busy street and the reception did give it to me..The localisation is great in the middle of the born area which you can find lovely restaurants, bars, shops and close to the Arc of triumph tube station and the main coach bus called estaccion del Norte. The hotel has a breakfast with full buffet for 12 euros but we decided to have breakfast outside. We found a lovely bakery just in front of the hotel which they serve croissants, bakeries, sandwiches, smoothies and coffees. We absolutely loved the roof terrace to relax. It was a shame that the bar wasn’t open yet as March is still the low season.

You can hear next door’s neighbours as the walls are quite fine. Some customers can be quite noisy but it can happen anywhere.

The location was fantastic. Easy to get to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and pubs right outside the door. The rooftop area was really nice too. Even without use of the pool, it was nice to have a spot to just sit and have a drink or relax away from the crowds.

The breakfast could have been better. It was adequate but if you came in after 9:30am there were plenty of things low or missing and sometimes the food was cold. It is also on a main street, so noise can be a factor early morning or at night. Not the hotel's fault but something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Central location in el Born. 24 hours service. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. The pool is not big, but it's nice and there is a good atmosphere with the bar, music and the view.

The room with the inside view are a bit claustrophobic, but more quiet than than the ones looking at the main street. The price 150 eur per night in August is way too high for this standard, especially when compared to the price of 90 eur per night in September, which is a reasonable price fot this hotel
