The staff at the apartment was really helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier than given time as we had an early morning flight. The apartment was exactly what the pictures show. It was spacious. We were able to make breakfast at the apartment as all the utensils were there. The subway literally round the corner from the apartment. Which was super ideal. So were the buses, not much of a walk. There was supermarkets and takeaways super close by which was ideal. Overall we really like the apartment. Location was perfect. One subway stop and you’re at the sagrada. Happy with my choice of stay. The rooms were good size. Beds were good and comfy too. The bathrooms were clean.

They only give additional towels once.

The location could not be beat - it was across the street from the subway station and a great breakfast place around the corner. The room was functional - it was nice to have a separation between the one bedroom and the living room, and the balcony was a nice touch. The only thing that did not go well was check in was hard - you had to call an international number to be let in, even though there was someone at the front desk. But they were wonderful and held the luggage and helped us get started for the day. Would stay again.

One small note, the elevator was a huge help, but it was tiny. Like me and small child tiny so our luggage took a trip by itself. Not sure if it was the time of year, but the place was a bit overpriced - we stayed here to be near family that was in a nearby hotel, but on the backside of our cruise, ended up in a larger, nicer place for lower cost right around the corner from here, so equally amazing location. But it served our purpose perfectly!

More toilet paper in apartment and tv did not work

It is a nice residential neighbourhood away from the tourist attractions. We enjoyed to be part of real Barcelona. Yet it is next to the metro station and bus stop too. So easy to reach any tourist attraction from here. The apartment is clean and modern. The kitchen and dining area are great. We had snacks and sometimes breakfast in the apartment.

The apartment had two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious. But the second bedroom is rather small. It got stuffy at night with two teenagers sleeping. The noise insulation of the windows is not great. The traffic noise can be disturbing.

The location near La Sagrada was wonderful and we walked close to Sagrada many times to eat in view of it. The metro stop is super convenient. There are tons of coffee shops and bars nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had 2 bedrooms with 3 beds which was great for our family of 4. We didn’t spend as much time in the apartment as I anticipated so we did not use the stove at all! But for a family it’s a plus to have it. They seem to be very strict in their noise curfew. We had some partiers in the building and we were also there during Focs de Sant Joan, but heard minimal noise from other guests thankfully!

We had trouble understanding how to use the washing machine and tried and failed to work the stove once. A little instruction would have helped. I’m sure the front desk could help but they are not available around the clock.

Brilliant location and amazing staff, we dealt with Julia and she was so helpful, polite and kind. She gave us lots of handy tips which were very helpful especially as we were travelling with young kids. Thank you Julia, you were amazing. The kids loved you :) We felt the location was excellent and safe with our young family. The facilities at the apartment were excellent, very clean and spacious. We had an issue with our shutters and cot however they were dealt with promptly, great service guys. I loved the idea of providing guest drinks and snacks on arrival! I will be sure to recommend Erik Vokel to my family and friends. One happy family :)

We (3 adults) stayed 7 nights and were delighted with our apartment. Very clean, well equipped and spacious. The twin bedroom is comfortable and big enough for 2 adults sharing. Albert and Sacha in reception are very helpful with any queries. The location is great - about 50 mts to metro station, supermarket, bakery and there's a great pizzeria just across the road. Lots to do and see within walking distance. All other 'must see' sights are within easy reach on the metro.

There was no information/manuals folder in the apartment (we were told they were taken out during Covid and have not been reinstated yet) but info and printouts are available at reception. There is a slightly unpleasant smell in the lift.

The apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. Comfy towels and bed. Loved having a small kitchen with a microwave. Our unit had two bathrooms which worked well for us. The front desk - particularly Albert - was most helpful. The location was a nice, quiet tree-lined street about 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. Restaurants and small stores were close as well as a metro station. We opted for taxis and usually had to walk to a different street to hail one - the location is a 15-20 minute cab ride from the popular tourist destinations of the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla.

It's a small thing, but the lighting In the bathrooms is not the best or brightest. It made doing make-up and getting my contact lenses in quite the challenge - I ended up using the beside reading lamp for many tasks.

Location was excellent. I came for a conference and it was a 3 minute walk. I was also able to easily navigate to the metro and around Barcelona for an evening out. The bed and blackout blind were perfect. I wish I could have enjoyed the fab balcony.

There was no international TV which was a little disappointing. It would have been great to have netflix or something for the downtime.

The apartments were very clean with comfortable beds and large pull-out sofa. We comfortably fit six people (adults and children) in each of our apartments. The kitchen facilities were nice and included all the basics. The location is great as well, just around the corner from a metro station and within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and many restaurants.

Nothing, we were very pleased with everything about our stay.
