The location was great, close to Sagrada familia, close to metro, close to a hospital, many great grocery stores in the area. Staff was helpful and nice. Was clean and comfortable, with good kitchen/cooking facilities. Felt safe in the apartment and in the neighbourhood.

In Italy when we rented an apartment the owners left little packets of tea, coffee, butter, honey, jam, there was salt, pepper and other condiments used for cooking, and they even left us bottles of water and beer in the fridge. But here we had to buy everything, which was ok. The internet (wifi) in the room was so slow and so frustrating, cutting in and out; very disappointed in the wifi. Also there could be more pillows/blankets. The air conditioner was dripping a little bit of condensation and the moisture slowly damages the walls/flooring, so I hope the owner can fix that soon.

nice appartment, clean, comfy, spacious. not far from metro, near pedestrianised roads with numerous cafes, can walk to sagrada famillia.

checkin was stressful, at 4.30 (we were still travelling) i received a message sayin that ID checks and payment had to be complete before 6pm (no mention of this before). Link didn't work, so we were stressed and rushing to get there. arrived 10 mins to 6, found out reception was open 24 hrs, don't understand why we were told this, or if it was important, why we weren't told it at time of booking. only other complaint was the wiring on the microwave, photo attached, hope electrics are inspected regularly. also the air conditioning dripped on the floor. previous bad reviews comment on having to remove rubbish yourself; an unusual request but communal bins for rubbish and recycling are just over the road, a common site in cities.

What I liked the most is the hostess at the property. She is extremely friendly, warm and kind and made you feel at home immediately. The apartment was large and had an aircon, which was a life saver. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The area was very good and very close to the necessary public transport lines and the big touristic sites too. Our first night we did not have warm water, but they went away and came back with a new key for a new room for us, after a bit of a while, but then the water started working again, so we didn't need to move, but it was nice that they tried to help us.

The wifi worked, but was not very good, I had to use my hotspot for many of my meetings. The first day there was works on the pipes in the area, so all the buildings were affected, which is not the hosts fault, but we had no water.

There were 2 toilet and 2 shower. Portable heater for bedroom use. Elevator to upper level. Cookware, cups, plates, cutlery were readily available. Microwave available.

The hot water in shower was “playing hide & seek”. You need to turn on the tap for at least 1 min before the hot water flows thru, by then, you only have 5 mins before the hot water turns to cold water. You rush thru to clean yourself and the process repeats ;)

The apartment was very big, bright and clean and in a nice area of the city easily accessible to all other neighborhoods. The staff was super friendly and available and happy to help throughout my stay.

The wifi was very bad and didn't actually work for most of the stay so I would not recommend for anyone traveling for business or who must rely on the internet during their stay.

it was near to the metro , the room was fresh and clean when we arrived and the host was very helpful our heating did not work so the lady brought us a heater so we could use it instead.

that it didn’t have a oven and very little worktop space to prepare everything and every time you got water on the hob when washing up the alarm would go off. Also very noisy especially at night and people were loud coming up to their apartments and talking very loudly at 1 am.

overall good service and facilities:) good value for money.

Restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and La Sagrada Familia within walking distance. The airport lost our luggage and the staff was very helpful and promptly informed us when the bags hit the hotel.

if there was a sofa in the living room it would have been perfect. However I would gladly go back
