Staff were helpful. Rooms clean. Location perfect for the cathedral and a nice walk to the beach. Everything was in good working order and felt very comfortable generally.

Some money was taken from one of our rooms. Presumably by the cleaner but it happened to be on a day where we hadn't locked the in room safe. The staff were apologetic and helpful and asked if we wanted to take the matter further. Having confirmed they would do an internal investigation we decided not to tale it further and let it ruin our otherwise great stay.

The location to Sagrada church and metro was convenient for us.

The room and hotel generally was not clean. We are travelling through Europe and found this hotel to be the worst for cleaning standards. Walls in breakfast area, corridors, doors, were filthy.

Carlos was a very lovely receptionist. He booked our taxi to the airport and was very attentive to our needs.

The blankets were rough. We had to pay for the luggage lockers at the end of our stay

We arrived to Barcelona via cruise. We picked this hotel once we saw the location. The hotel sits only 3-4 minutes walk from the Bacilica. The location is fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants and much more. The streets can get a little noisy at night but again, you are staying in the middle of downtown so expected. The hotel was very clean and rooms were very good. Our only complain were the pillows. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were very flat. The staff were SUPER nice and very helpful. They helped us get our tickets for the Bacilica, getting our tickets for the HOP on HOP off bus (which we recommend greatly!) and took their time to explain to us how the bus route worked. They also went as far as helping us get the AVE tickets to Madrid. They have a small breakfast area but we didn't eat there since we wanted the whole "Cafe" experience. The hotel might not be a 5 star hotel but the staff is definitely a 10!

The pillows were flat.

The location was great! Very close to the metro, which was convenient, I had a good landmark to remember. Amenities were simple, and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The front desk staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I was able to find a nice local beach based on their recommendations.

The walls are very thin. People were trying to get into my room once. Possibly, they forgot their room, but I could hear everything in the halls. Some flying pests inside and dirty spots.

Have stayed at this hotel before so knew what we were getting as close to a venue we needed to go to Reception staff first class answered lots of questions all with a smile ( Carlos Alberto & Angela ??? ) nothing appeared to be too much trouble Fixed a couple of minor issues quickly and without fuss Excellent service 2 minutes to the metro They have a non advertised sun roof which was great to ' waste a couple of hours ' tables chairs and loungers a nice bonus Tea & Coffee making facilities not seen very often in Spanish Hotels

Not the greatest of areas to be in but the hotel served its purpose Only gave you De Cafe coffee in the rooms ARGH

It was a great experience staying at Hotel Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. The location is perfect. It takes 5 mins to walk from Sagrada Familia and the subway station. The area is very safe and quiet. You don't have to worry if you come back late. We were lucky to have a bathtub in our room and had no problem with wifi connection. I would highly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

Typical City Centre hotel close to all the major facilities which is hard in a city such as Barcelona Reception staff first class very helpful and knowledgeable and more importantly all done with a smile Room as you would expect but plenty big enough for 2 Bed very comfortable and the shower great and all spotless.

Breakfast was shocking !!! First morning good lots of choice fresh presented well etc etc Second morning there was little or no food available and you had to keep asking staff for food It did not get better The Juice Machine broke down Fair enough these thinks happen but no no one though about buying some cartons of Juice Yoghurt avaiable first day no choice 2nd and 3 day NONE at all last day

The hotel is located in Eixample very close to the Sagrada Familia. The room I had was big and quiet, so I slept very well. I requested a bath tub and I got one. Everyone at the reception was very nice and helpful, especially Eugeni and the lady who did my check out (unfortunately I don’t know her name, she’s a lovely lady with shoulder length hair with highlights).

I liked everything, but at times other guests were noisy. This is happening in most hotels, some people speak loudly, slam the doors, etc.

I really enjoyed the fact that the staff weren't too overbearing. I felt comfortable and that I was a treasured guest. The breakfast was tasty and we felt like we were really appreciated as guests. The room was clean and the area was so close to the metro and breakfast areas which was perfect

Beds were a bit hard and the power went out while we went to breakfast and everything was cold but we were still charged full price
