The location of the hotel is excellent - we never took public transport once as we could walk everywhere (about 30 minutes to the beach and main tourist attractions less than 30 minutes walk). We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a pool terrace, which was perfect. I’d recommend paying the bit extra for this as rooms as small so this gave us additional space. The pool area is small but the pool is lovely for a little dip on a hot day. The reception staff were incredibly helpful - I lost my phone one day and they helped us translate with the police (I managed to get my phone back, miraculously). I wouldn’t have gotten it back if it wasn’t for the hotel staff helping

This hotel was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again, the only thing to highlight is that rooms are small but rooms are always small in European cities

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Brilliant selection of food for breakfast. Our room was bigger than I expected for the price. Bathroom was a little tired but all clean and functional. The small pool was great to relax by.

Very, very, very helpful staff. Middle location to Sagrada and to Ramblas. Good breakfast. If you will spend most time in old town, Ramblas, you will walk to get there, but we wanted middle location. Have hotel secure your tickets to Sagrada as the website seems not to be helpful (you never really get tickets after many tries). They helped us with tickets to Flamenco show as well, and advising on taxi when time was getting short and we were getting desperate.

Toilet had an odor so we bought some cleaner in the store and used it. My wife is very sensitive to smells due to asthma. Otherwise room was fine.

We had 4 rooms booked for a wedding close by. I requested an move about so my son (the groom) could spend the night before the wedding with me. Staff were very happy to accommodate this request and we had a great upgrade for the night. Huge thanks to the reception staff talent working the morning of 9/9/23 😊 Bar/restaurant staff also very attentive😊 Bar prices very reasonable

Poor views from all of our rooms...says pool view but window is so high you can't really see the pool....just overlooking typical Barcelona courtyard/accommodation. The upgrade room ttop floor with terrace was FABULOUS. Most guests (us included) assumed rooftop pool but this not the case, really just a small plunge pool.... Excellent location.

Good service; breakfast was good; when booking take a screenshot shot of your booking; half our party had to pay in addition for breakfast even though we’d booked bed & breakfast for our party of 5.

The pool; is more like a plunge pool; far too small for a swim; there are about 10 sun beds round the pool; but highly unlikely you would get the chance to have a swim! We couldn’t get near the steps because 3 ladies were sunbathing at that end of the pool!

Good location and very helpful staff. Every question was answered and help given regarding tourist destinations, shopping facilities, transport, even medical appointment.

This is not a top rating hotel, we had to ask for some important items that were missing in the room (like iron and ironing board). Due to Government regulations the air-conditioner and electric towel dryer could not be used. There is a "funny" regulator for hot and cold water in the bathroom shower that can leave you wet when not expected or even flushed with hot water.

The location was incredible, for a hat price it is the best location you can get. Everything was in walking distance, and if it wasn't then there was a bus station right across the street. There is a supermarket literally right next to it as well, which was really nice for water. Safe and great area. The bathroom was also very very pretty, loved the shower.

Unfortunately we had a leak in the ceiling and water dripped for a day. We were told that we could change our room though, (which we didn't do, because we didn't spend that much time in the room anyway) so it was handled nicely.

Great staff. The young lady that was American/Spanish was so nice and so helpful. I want to say her name was Maria (I'm sorry if I am wrong) and Annabelle was also very nice. That breakfast is excellent! Just a really nice hotel that I would stay in again on my nice visit.

A little disappointed that the restaurant did not offer the menu in the elevator (Duck or Salmon) as I was told they didn't have that menu by the gentleman that sat me down, but he handed me a pizza and hamburger menu, I had to walk out of the restaurant.
