Honestly blown away by this Hotel!! extremely clean and very well appointed!!! stayed for 2 nights for business, extremely helpful staff, and a great breakfast, will definitely be using again as in Barcelona alot!! how it's only a 2 star hotel is beyond me! And it's in a great location!

Nothing! was great

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! They gave us a room with an inner courtyard view which turned out to be great - there was no noise and we had a big terrace. The maid comes in every day and everything is spotless.

Lovely hotel, room was very comfortable, we had outside patio with loungers which was nice to just chill after a long day walking and site seeing, lounge area was comfy with big sofas and books, easy access and in a great location, staff were all friendly and very helpful organising taxis and giving information for bus to Park Guell. Breakfast was available if you wanted.

The only downside was the rooftop bar only opened in May, but this didn't detract from our stay.

I really can't praise the reception staff highly enough. They were friendly, extremely helpful in terms of advising us what to do/not to do, and available 24/7. Our stay was excellent value for money (the rooms were small but had everything needed) and we were within easy walking distance of the central square where the Hop-on-hop-off buses start, which was important for my companion who has mobility issues. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but there are lots of lovely cafes all around, and if you don't want a longer walk after an evening meal, they have their own (very good) tapas bar next door.

The only reason I haven't given the hotel 10 out of 10 is because there was some noise coming from other guests having showers while I was still in bed (one at 4 am who probably had to leave for an early plane) so my sleep was disturbed. The noise from a nearby kitchen also came in through the open window early in the morning - my window did face another wall (which was fine since we were in the rooms so little) so this may have been from another hotel. One other improvement would have been the ability to access an English-speaking TV channel (BBC world news?).

The staff was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, resulting in a room that was even more spacious than we had anticipated. The housekeeping team consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring that our room was regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with everything conveniently nearby. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, but we discovered a wonderful place called The Egg Lab right next to the hotel, which offered amazing breakfast options. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast experience.

It's an old building, so the walls are pretty thin. It could get a bit loud until late at night, but it wasn't disruptive enough to prevent us from sleeping. We requested additional appliances such as an iron and ironing board. However, the iron provided was in a very poor state, and the ironing board was partially broken. This aspect could be improved for future guests.

Super friendly staff who willingly helped with booking tourist attractions. It was a 15 minute walk to the main shopping and Gothic area. Close to several cafes and restaurants. We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but did have breakfast at the egg cafe next door which was delicious. Lovely little roof top area to enjoy the sunshine.

I chose to stay in a single room as it was a bit cheaper. It was small and looked out onto a brick wall which was decorated with some Flowers. The room was adequate and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower pressure, shampoo and hair dryer provided

Well located. Most points of interest are walking distance and if not, the metro is close by. The rooms are large enough, I even had a small balcony! The bathroom is also large and everything is very clean.

Lack of safe in the room. Lack of kettle for coffee and tea. Cheap quality of the shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast buffet tried on the last morning and I was disappointed....although the staff was very nice, the kitchen is mostly dedicated to those clients of the regular egg place and they take ages to serve the clients of the hotel benefiting of the buffet.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from Pl Catalunya, which is where I arrived from the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I arrived before check in time, so my room wasn’t ready yet, but I could store my luggage until later and they offered to message me as soon as the room becomes available! The room itself was small (I had booked the single room), but had most things I needed.

There was only one plug in the room, which was already in use by the bedside lamp, so you could either have the light on or charge your phone - not both at the same time 🙃

Staff lovely, very helpful when checking in and checking out. Allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel in a secure location as our flight was in the evening. Room was very impressive exactly what we wanted, an actually double bed which is nice (unlike getting the twins beds pushed together). Location is perfect if you are after sightseeing, food and exploring, it is a 10 minuet walk away from the centre with connections for buses and metro.

The one thing was that after check out we handed in our bags to be left in the hotel as we had an afternoon flight, they didn't tag the bags or give you a card to ensure that, that was your bag when picking them up. Just made me a bit nervous as our all our belongings were in the bags. Other than that perfect!

The location is perfect. The hotel looks more than 2 stars hotel. Very clean and beautiful. I was all the time busy with the beauty of the city so I didn't need to use the amenities in the hotel. The price for the room is excelent. I was a lone and i booked a big room cause i like comfort.

I did have a issue in one of the nights. My locker would not open so i hade to stay in hallway for a long time to figure it out with the night security why is not opening. He did his best in the end he got me a room to sleep in. Well I'm not gonna describe my night not having all my staff with me. I'm a easy going person so it didn't affect me so much what i didn't like it is that i ask the front desk the next day what he can do to make me more happy (like a small sorry what happened to you last night) he answered very rude: "My college put you in another room to sleep with else you want?". I stayed ok and walked away. As a person who works in tourism and hospitality that was not the right answer. I could told him something, but I'm on vacation and that is not my job.
