The property is well-located for not actually being in Barcelona, perhaps five minutes on foot from the tram which itself is directly connected to the metro. The property seems brand-new and seems to deserve the title of "hotel" instead of "hostel". Everything seemed spotlessly clean, the bed was reasonably comfy (not amazing, but good enough), and the in-room TV was of a generous size. Noise was not an issue. The staff were friendly. There was an in-shower dispenser of foam hair/body cleaner which worked well enough. The sink was in the room but outside the bathroom, which was a smart way to maximize usable space. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced at €6 given the selection and convenience, but if you want the real Barcelona experience then go to any of the many nearby cafés instead and order a croissant or bikini (toasted ham and cheese sandwich) and café con leche (coffee with milk) for roughly €4.50.

There was no soap dispenser at the sink, requiring going into the shower stall to get a handful of foam soap to wash hands in the sink. The pillow was comfortable and sufficiently supportive but the mattress was somewhat less so, although it was not uncomfortable.

Our stay at Hostal Lami was great. The room looked quite modern and was very quiet and clean and there was daily room service as well. Even though the location is of course not that close to the city center of Barcelona, the connections via local transport are very good. There are also very good bus connections to the less touristy beaches away from the city center. Especially considering the prices around the time that we stayed there, Hostal Lami was a great deal and we can definitely recommend staying there!

The sink is outside of the bathroom, which we found to be a bit inconvenient.

Clean and nice rooms, slightly tiny but you get used to it! I loved that there were no decoration blanket or pillow. Spacious bathrooms! Quite rooms, never heard our neighbours, only people passing the corridor and traffic notices outside. (but not as bad as it is in the center of Barcelona) Very nice and helpful employees who shared their knowledge about the town and facilities we can use. For example, you have to ask for a hairdryer as there is non in the room. As well there is no kettle but free hot water in the coffee machine.

Not enough surfaces to store your things. Extra table would be great😉 No soap on the sink, for some reason they only offer in the bathroom Very limited choice for breakfast, you can buy it at the arrival no price difference just in case

The reception area was clean and classy, and the staff was professional. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. We assumed "Hostal" meant hostel, but the atmosphere is like a simple, elegant hotel. Conveniently located 1 tram stop from the large indoor mall. The lodging is reachable from Barcelona El Prat airport by L9 Train to Zona Universitaria then from there by Tram T1, T2, or T3 to Pont d'Esplugues stop, then approx 5 minute walk from there.

Great value for the money. Nice neighborhood with a bunch of good bakeries and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The in-house breakfast was also decent if you want something quick and don't want to bother with searching for other options.

The connection to the beach wasn't great, it took us ~1hr to reach it, but if you don't plan on spending too much time there, then it shouldn't be a problem. The place is well connected to other landmarks, ~30 mins.

Very clean and comfy room with TV and good air ventilation. The breakfast was a great addition too and really set us up for each day. Hotel staff were generally very friendly and it was very good value for money, would recommend!

I was told I had to be charged more money at about 12am on one of the nights. After a brief confused chat from both parties the receptionist revealed it was a mistake on their end and apologised. We would have also preferred tea and coffee in the room.

This hotel is modern clean no frills but who needs frills! Our room was perfect for the price SMART tv so u can cast straight from your devices. You don’t get that at hotels double the price of this one! Beds are sooooo comfy. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast is great value for the price it cost, and catered for vegan alternatives for milk etc. Really can’t say enough good things. Tram on door step. Great bars close by. 11 out of 10 seriously! Thank you so much to LAMI. What a gem!

The only one point is the sink could do with its now soap dispenser.

We enjoyed the food, the friendliness of the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated not far from bus station and tram station.

The AC wouldn't work. We had to leave the window open to get some heat out but, since the room was on main street, it often got loud. With windows closed we could set a temperature, but even when we set to 17°C, the temperature was still getting higher.

Easy acces 2mins walk from tram/busses to Barcelona but quieter and cleaner quite little town. Helpful staff and rooms cleaning could be a bit deeper but new towels everyday.

I really liked how "new" the room felt - clean, cozy furniture, and nice bathroom. The maids were cleaning the room every day and also each time changed our towels. Furthermore, we asked for additional pillows at the reception without a problem! Also, I can recommend the breakfast that was really worth it for me with friendly staff taking care of everything.
