The room is comfortable as the bed. Great size with armchair, table and another chair. The bed is huge, comfortable. Breakfast was good, fruits always fresh, delicious. Bathroom has good size. The location is not prime, but it is easy to get a taxi or a TRAM to town.

The hotel is clean and big, everything was calm, there's a tram nearby and the beds were comfortable. We only spent evenings and mornings there so it covered our needs fully.

Our towels were changed every day, even if we don't leave them on the ground, like I thought it's common in larger hotels. Also, we had no coffee in the room, only tea, which is funny because I can't imagine it would cost them SO much to just leave it there! I don't think there's much to do in the area though, so you shouldn't plan to return to the hotel mid day but rather just have full day trips and return for the night.

There is a cafe and separate restaurant inside the hotel. You should have at least one dinner here. The food and wine are excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. The hotel room was large and comfortable, bigger than most in Barcelona, especially closer to the city center.

I stayed in this location because it was near a conference I was attending. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood away from tourist sites, which means quite a bit of added time to meet up with friends staying in more central accommodations or to go to the well-known places in Barcelona.

Orderly available and helpful staff at odd hours. We tool a ballon trip the morning after checkin at around 5:00, and the reception helped with parking. Facilities are clean and feel modern!

The suite should have enough room for family with two kids. But they offer it as 2+1 suite with no possibility of choosing different beds. The staff arranged a suite and a double room next to each other, which is very nice still with some minor incovnenience.

All three were very good and I liked that in the shower there were shower gels and shampoo. Breakfast starts at 7 am which is early enough and gives us more time to have some free time to travel to places. I liked that the water was complimentary for both the one stores on the desk and also the one stored in the fridge.

I would have liked for a facecloth to be handed along with the towel however it was not the case.

All in all, everything was great. The location isn't great if you want to visit the city centre, but we were looking for something closer to the airport. The breakfast is good and tasty. As we had to leave at 8 a.m. already, we went to breakfast at 7 sharp. It was a little bit crowded but after 10 minutes it was fine.

I didn't like that I have to pay to weigh my baggage. For the hotel of such price level, I'd expect this to be free.

- The staff was helpful. - The room aswell as the bed was comfortable. - The room was clean. - The breakfast was fresh and considerably sized. - The fitness centre has a squash court, this surprised me!

- The location is pretty tough. It takes you at least 30-40 mins to get anywhere close to the centre of Barcelona with 1-2 changes of means of transport. - The fitness centre of the hotel is in the basement with no air circulation, therefore, it was pretty damp.

Good breakfast with fresh orange juice. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Good connection to public transport.

Initially I got room 321 (try to avoid it!!!) Room was smelling ugly but I have not recognised anything. Then later when I went to shower there was water dropping from the ceiling and area was really black - means old damage. This kind of the room Can not be offered to Customer especially in 4*hotel !

We liked the large rooms, comfortable beds, nice and very spacious baths.

We lived on the 6th floor and the Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor. Sometimes there was no connection at all. That was very disturbing! They must find some technical solutions to improve it. In the lobby near the reception the Wi-Fi was ok.

I really enjoyed staying here! Worth all the money for a 4 star hotel, I pay like this for only 3 stars usually. And the room, parking, elevator, all the facilities. At dinner, the restaurant is very fancy and it has a pianist. I loved it! Felt like 5 stars.

The subteran parking needs a renovation, but it's accesible.
