The beds were comfy. The room, facilities, common areas were all very clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel was located within walking distance to the metro station, which easily connected you with the rest of the city. Good water pressure in the shower.

Excellent well equipped large room in a modern hotel located in a newer suburb of Barcelona. Good choice at breakfast. Much quieter than central areas where we have stayed in the past.

Overcharged by taxi driver after 15 minute ride to airport. He refused to give a receipt. Taxi was booked by hotel. We should have learnt our previous lesson and used Uber or Bolt.

While it's not located in the city centre, the proximity of a subway station ensures Sercotel is well-connected. Our room was situated above the entrance, offering a splendid view of the neighbourhood. The front desk service was available around the clock, complemented by daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally generous, catering to all tastes (including an orange juice machine). The swimming pool was a distinctive feature that truly made the property stand out.

However, the sliding glass wall of the bathtub didn't seal properly, resulting in a wet bathroom floor after each use. Nonetheless, the complimentary toiletries were a delightful touch.

Hotel was close to transport train link from where you could reach central Barcelona. They said parking was 14 Euro but when we arrived there was plenty free parking available on the street. The hotel is outside the Barcelona Clean Air Zone. They cleaned room everyday and changed sheets and towels. Bathroom and shower was very good but maybe slightly dated after use. Safe was present. Bed was comfortable with clean white sheets. At reception they could speak English and responded quickly to any questions we asked them. Check in was quick although we arrived after 9.30pm. Air conditioning was needed and worked well. In the Breakfast everything was available from tea, coffee, fresh orange juice ,toast, croissants, cakes, fruit, eggs , ect There were some nearby kebab shops where you could buy food. After Breakfast we would go to Barcelona exploring all the various tourist locations and come back in the evening. We bought a 48hr travel card to use on the Metro, bus and local trains.

Breakfast was simple unlike other hotels with very big restaurants. The organiser expects you to wait at the entrance until he checks you off a list. No kettle provided in room to make tea. The mini fridge in the room was occupied by some drinks and biscuits for you to purchase. This made less room for you to put your own drinks. Could do with some carpet area in the room.

Stuff was very friendly they were excellent communicator and helpful. The place was clean and it had AC so it was very comfortable during the summer heat. Breakfast was perfect I would recommend getting that! (except for the person who serves it)

The only thing I did NOT like was the person who worked in the restaurant serving Breakfast he was very rude and seemed like he hated customers. We stayed there for 4 days I don't think I saw him even ones smile. Buddy if you don't like to job just find something you like! That is the only reason they got 8/10

Great value for price. I visited this location in April 2024. Location: The location was excellent for us since we wanted to visit Barcelona and take the train to visit a nearby location called Montserrat. There is also a direct bus to the airport. Overall, this is a great location close to the train/metro station and there is a direct bus line to the airport in front of the hotel. The location is a lot safer than the rest of Barcelona. Bonus: there is a KFC nearby if you are not a big fan of paella :) Room: The furniture is a little bit old, but the room is extremely clean and the bathroom looks new. It has a hairdryer, toiletries and soft towels. Bonus: there is a small safe in your room that you can use to keep your Passport, ID card, money, etc. The pickpocketing rate in Spain is extremely high, especially in the center of Barcelona so this was an extremely nice addition to the room. Gym: There is a small gym that you can book in advance for one hour, it has a decent ventilation and a few equipments which can be used to fulfill a 1 hour gym session. It lacks an adjustable weight bench or a bench in general, but beside this it is a decent gym. Breakfast: We tried the breakfast for 1 day, I could easily create a great meal for myself full of protein and probably gluten free.

Improvements can be made in general, but the hotel is great and for the price paid it is probably a 9+ or a 10. Three improvements I would suggest: - adjustable weight bench in the gym or a bench in general - improving the furniture in the room in the next years - better coffee for breakfast

Cleaning service is provided everyday. Polite and friendly staff. We took one day breakfast and it was quite good, a wide range of choice. Close to the bus stop and metro/train stations. It takes around 35 min to get to the city center.

Rooms and the hotel in general need to be renovated (old furniture and the carpet on the floor was dirty). Very dry air in the rooms so we had to open the windows. Too noisy at night if the windows look out on the street.

They accepted a very late check in (around 2am, as I had a last-minute cancelled flight) which is very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and there were complementary water, teas and coffees (Nespresso machine) in the room and ammenity kit in the bathroom. The staff was of the utmost kindness, always ready to help!

The mini bar in the room would, sometimes, make a noise that was not very pleasant when trying to sleep!

The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable, the windows opened wide,and the shower was good. Pool towels provided, breakfast excellent. There is paid parking underneath, but also free parking outside on the road. The pool was heated and clean, and the sunbeds and garden area were lovely. The location was close to the airport, 15 minutes drive and a 2 min walk to metro and tram stop. Quick check out.

The check-in was bizarre, but I think there may have been IT issues, but they didn't speak to us only each other, which felt odd. There is no restaurant on site, but some in walkable distance. I think, but this was not shared, that we could have ordered room service and eaten outside, we wish we had known this as the food looked good.

Clean hotel, staff were very professional, good location near the mainline/metro/tram stop for easy access to central Barcelona. Good buffet style breakfast

The cost of the car park seemed excessive and access for solo travellers with a heavy motorbike could find access difficult. The room didn’t seemed to be well sound proofed as I could the conservations of the people in the room next to mine.
