Excellent well equipped large room in a modern hotel located in a newer suburb of Barcelona. Good choice at breakfast. Much quieter than central areas where we have stayed in the past.

Overcharged by taxi driver after 15 minute ride to airport. He refused to give a receipt. Taxi was booked by hotel. We should have learnt our previous lesson and used Uber or Bolt.

The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable, the windows opened wide,and the shower was good. Pool towels provided, breakfast excellent. There is paid parking underneath, but also free parking outside on the road. The pool was heated and clean, and the sunbeds and garden area were lovely. The location was close to the airport, 15 minutes drive and a 2 min walk to metro and tram stop. Quick check out.

The check-in was bizarre, but I think there may have been IT issues, but they didn't speak to us only each other, which felt odd. There is no restaurant on site, but some in walkable distance. I think, but this was not shared, that we could have ordered room service and eaten outside, we wish we had known this as the food looked good.

Comfortable, great location being so close to the metro connecting to the city centre and far out enough to sleep in peace in a friendly, safe and modern looking neighbourhood. Good bed and shower

An odd thing on checkout of paying the tourist tax for my stay. At the time i was checking out, had to make my flight quickly so wasn’t thinking and plus a busy reception area with check ins and outs, was told i hadn’t paid the tourist tax (a very small mandatory tax that many cities around the world implement) on my stay. Paid this, but on checking this later i can see i paid this before via booking.com. Did contact the hotel about this but received confused responses, it is only 1.50 euros or something so didn’t press but a little weird so keep your eyes out for things like this people. Doesn’t take away from what was an excellent stay

We stayed at this hotel two nights. The train station to Barcelona is only 5 min away. The room is super clean and very comfortable beds. The only issue is the water from the shower leaks out. The receptionist is very friendly and gave us useful directions. The parking on the street is free. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

The staff at Sercotel Cornellá are hands down the best! They are incredibly professional, yet compassionate and accommodating. We had our three small children with us, and our 3 year old was having a hard time with travel. The staff never made me feel guilty or ashamed of her and went out of their way to make it easier for ME by helping the kids. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff we met there! Also, this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Each day our rooms were organized, cleaned, and refreshed to incredible standards. Again 10 stars for the hotel cleaning staff! They are fantastic!! The rooms were very spacious for Europe, and the bathrooms were nice with a large tub. The pool area and patio were beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and playing games in the grass! It was also easy to get to--close to the airport, but not too close. There is a metro stop that's a 5-8 minute walk (there is a huge hill to go up though) which connects you to Barcelona Center. Cornellá is a very quiet, peaceful suburb of Barcelona. It was great for my husband though I would've enjoyed more restaurants/shops right out the front door.

The beds, the beds, the beds! The mattresses are very hard and seem pretty old. We were quite uncomfortable though the kids did fine. Normally this is something that would turn me off from ever recommending the hotel, but the staff--from front desk to cleaning to restaurants--make this a wonderful hotel to choose! And I'll take an uncomfortable bed if it comes with accommodating, compassionate staff!

Breakfast had lots of choice for all, could open a little earlier for those leaving early. Hotel bar was well staffed and reasonably priced, with free bar snacks with every round bought.

The rooms were quite dark and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work. My room was near the lift and I could hear the lift being used throughout the night.

Very good value for money. Very clean. Superb room. Room was 23m2. Very friendly staff and really helpful. Wish i stayed longer. Room was well equipped. They are available all day too. I recommend the hotel for a nice and quiet holiday. Nice neighborhood too.

Everything was good. About 12 minutes from central town in a taxi but 3 minutes to the metro. I didn't have white lights. Only yellow. I prefer working with white lights on pc bc they are more comfortable. I was on hols so only checked my emails during the day. But i give them 5 stars.

The staff were super quick, polite, and ready to answer any questions. The area is a little slow but it is super close to the metro and train station. Check out the local cafes and bars for some traditional foods.

It was sad seeing the area was so hurt by COVID. Many shops remain closed and lots of graffiti. But it is very clean and I felt safe.

Really enjoyed our stay there - although 25 mins away from the center the location was a perfect contrast to the busy city, a lovely neighbourhood with a shopping centre, high street with the best cafes! The hotel itself was super clean and modern and staff were very helpful. Even allowed us to change our room to the backside of the hotel after we had a bad nights sleep facing the front due to traffic noise.

Excellent, efficient and friendly staff. Extremely clean property - inside the rooms and also in the other areas. Great value for money (we also paid for the breakfast). Good location - not in the centre of the city, but very easy connectvity with public transport.

Only 2 minor negatives: (1) There was only one chair in the room (a desk chair). We would have liked to have one easy chair / armchair. The size of the room is big enough to easily accommodate it. (2) A funny (bad) smell every time we switched on the air conditioner.
